Dear Wendy’s Customer Care, I am writing to express my disappointment with a recent order I placed this morning at Restaurant #5578. My order (Order #1351552222) was scheduled for 7:55 a.m. with a carry-out pickup time of 8:17 a.m. Unfortunately, the experience did not meet expectations. Despite scheduling ahead, my order was not ready on time, and I was required to wait. Upon receiving it, the presentation did not resemble the advertised product. The croissant was soggy, and the bacon consisted of only two small, thin, fatty pieces rather than the crisp, layered bacon shown in Wendy’s promotional materials. Given these issues, I kindly request that this matter be addressed with either a refund or a replacement. I value Wendy’s and hope to see improvements in product quality and consistency moving forward. Thank you for your time and attention to this matter.

The food was not very good, seemed to be not very fresh. Took forever to get our food. The dining area was dirty. We actually had to wipe the least dirty table off. It was actually a toss up if we should just eat in our car.

First of all this place stinks of weed. Like extremely bad. Doesn't really help that the people who work here at night act like they’re high as a kite too (as well as being just straight up rude.) they almost ALWAYS get orders wrong, and take extremely long while your food sits and gets cold in drive thru. we really only come here because it’s the only thing open past midnight other than dodges and i honestly wish it wasn’t lmao. Pretty much just disappointed with this place because I remember when it used to be one of the best in Lexington.

Paid 64 dollars but had to go twice to get my food because they kept forgetting things ... just moved to this town and idk man manger needs to come and get a whole new crew, fill it up with people who actually wanna work.
We will never eat here again. We ordered a bacaonator with pretzel bun and got no pretzel bun or bacon. The fries were cold and gross, we didn't get any straws or napkins and the chicken nuggets tasted a day old! It took way to long to get our order and we are So disappointed!
