As a former employee of this fast food establishment I can say that it’s definitely decreased in portion sizing, taste, friendliness etc. I can say full heartedly I used to love dining here a few months to a year back. The attitude with the staff towards serving you is quite bad, the foods a hit or miss now, used to be only with night shift but it fluctuates now with day shift. The tastefulness zaxbys used to have has pretty much decreased, the portioning is a joke at this point....
Looks and performs like most Zaxby’s. The food is usually prepared in a timely manner and warm when you get it. I was ordered a grilled chicken sandwich one time and it came to me raw, but they remedied the mistake.
I often say that this restaurant has the best food in Lexington. It's always a toss up on how fast you will get it but it's normally because they are obviously busy and I can't fault staff on that issue
