I recently visited Zaxbys, and I was so impressed. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was a 10/10. It had such a cozy, vibrant, feel with cool historical artwork on the walls, a great playlist that really set the mood for me and my wife. Wish we had one closer just like this in Pa.
A big shout out to manager Adam and employee Tammy. These people were amazing. So friendly and kind. Thank you for going above and beyond. We will definitely come in while on vacation. Restaurant was clean, bathrooms clean. Food was very good. I highly recommend the Zensation Zalad and their peach tea is amazing
As a former employee of this fast food establishment I can say that it’s definitely decreased in portion sizing, taste, friendliness etc. I can say full heartedly I used to love dining here a few months to a year back. The attitude with the staff towards serving you is quite bad, the foods a hit or miss now, used to be only with night shift but it fluctuates now with day shift. The tastefulness zaxbys used to have has pretty much decreased, the portioning is a joke at this point....
