It is so nice to see a place like this in Linden. I'm normally not big on thinner crusts, but I really enjoyed Mongo's. It has a thin layer of cornmeal on the bottom that adds a nice texture to it, and the taste of the dough in general is really nice. They have craft sodas on the menu, including birch root beer. I bough a cookie for dessert on the way out, looks like they are selling a local small business's baked goods. The cookie was huge and really tasty!Excellent for birthday...read full review
