Got a cookie dough blast a small dot halfway through with it and it ran out of cookie dough they didn't mix it all the way through like they were supposed to need to work on that paid almost $6 for this thing should be no reason I should be eating vanilla plain ice cream for $6

Very bad experience at the Sonic in Linden TN today. Poor customer service and lack of management or supervision was very prevalent. I struggled with the teenage female on the other end of the speaker, trying to get my order correct. I ended up dealing with huffing and puffing, audible scoffing, because she was frustrated that she couldn't understand what I was saying. I have never been so frustrated before that I just drove away. It is very disheartening to deal with the attitude of a young lady who obviously hasn't been trained and taught how to deal with her own frustrations.

Lately food has been bare; a breakfast burrito barely just anything but cheese. This place used to be popping. There are certain times and certain days you can tell by the food you receive there’s one cook who really makes food best of the best and a cook that makes bare minimum to get it out the door… if you’re gonna charge us an arm and a leg, it should be worth the money you spend here..

Food was prepared quickly, despite how very busy they were. The food was prepared FRESH and was piping hot. The best BLT and pickle fries I've had! The service was amaaaazing here. The young lady that brought my food was the nicest, most polite server I've ever encountered at a fast food joint. I don't know these folks, my comments are sincere.
