Placed an online order and came in to pick it up, the worker said are you here for the online order to which I said yes. She said "I'm working on them now." I sat down to wait, tipped $4 and she said "here you go" and handed them to me. I left and got home 20 minutes later only to realize she gave me the wrong order so I called to let them know. This is where it all went wrong. I asked for a refund as I was given the wrong order and instead of just saying yes, can I have your order # to do that the worker proceeded to tell me we needed to bring the sandwiches in immediately. I told her the order was wrong and she asked what sandwiches we got so I described them to which she said "You're lying, I didn't make any Roast beef sandwiches today!" Meanwhile, I'm looking at a roast beef sandwich ?♀️ So my husband takes the sandwiches up there to get a refund and he had to stand in line as there were about 3 people in front of him. The 1st person in line was having their order made and it was wrong too. My husband got up to the register, the manager/owner comes out and takes the sandwiches and throws them away rather than looking at their employees' mistake that they insisted we bring back to show them. They didn't scan our credit card to do a return. They simply refused service so my husband told the people in line "You might want to check your sandwiches to make sure you're getting the right order!"2 foot long sandwiches that cost $20.03 with a BOGO 50% off one sandwich coupon with a $4 tip and they wouldn't even make it right by replacing the order, refunding our order or anything. We will never order from here again and we've already disputed the charge with our bank. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND.If I could give ZERO stars, I would.

This subway gave me food poisoning, service was awful and there was one worker who was absolutely awful to me. I think her name read Tammy on the name tag. I highly advise you not to come to this subway if your on a road

The portion size is standard, the prices are rising with inflation (to be expected), but expect items this franchise is not the brightest. He fires his good employees, then likes to hire very unmotivated and uncaring employees. Their quality has been on a steady decline for the past year and it is disappointing. On my last visit both employees did not have names, and one employee had her boyfriend sleeping in a booth in the restaurant (I'm guessing he was waiting for her to get off work). All in all, I am very disappointed. Management should be able to see what staff is doing if they checked their cameras. If their cameras don't work then they should get them fixed. Guessing that one of these facts is true and yet terrible practices continue here I'm not inclined to be sympathetic. Care about your business and it will grow, let it stagnate and it will be as good as speed milk. I doubt I will return here, if i want subway i will go to Parsons.

Horrible customer service and food was not even close to being edible. The soup was practically frozen. Employees appear to be under the influence.
