Our Jamoca shakes were not made correctly. They were basically vanilla. They were remade, but not mixed very well.

This is probably the best Arby's I've been to! We're just passing through for my birthday/anniversary weekend. Birthaversary, if you will. I haven't been to an Arby's in quite a while because my local Arby's could NEVER be this great, but I was just really craving it. My husband and I ordered sandwiches without bread because we really just love their roast beef drowning in sauce.. Everyone made sure it was made the way we wanted and my cashier was the absolute NICEST person.
The food was on point, service was great and I perhaps rang the service bell too hard.. for that I am sorry. I was just having a good time 😬
I will say that I'm sad that I'll be craving Arby's again and be nowhere close to this establishment. Boo on you all for that.

I've been eating at Arby's since I was a youngster in California in the 60s. Consistently great food. My wife and I regularly have Arby's for a meal. I, my wife, and eldest grandson got to-go dinner yesterday. When I got home, the au jus dip had leaked and soaked nearly through the bag because the lid had not been properly sealed, but there was still enough for the sandwich. Their bags are terrible, the consistency of tissue paper, no fault of the restaurant, but Arby's Corp needs to do something about this.
Our meal was ready for pickup when I got there, and the food was great, as always.

I don’t think I have ever had a good experience at this location. If you’re not waiting forever the food is usually subpar. I would give them zero stars if it were possible.

Twice now I’ve been here and they didn’t have roast beef. How can you even have the slogan we have the meats? What a joke.
Even though more is supposedly cooking, they can’t give a time that they can fulfill the order, or a refund of the food that was already paid for through their app.
To top it all off, they can’t even provide me with a corporate number to address the issue.

Put in a mobile order for lunch after work, got told to wait while at the drive through, after about 5-10 minutes of waiting they said that my order "just" got in and they are making it. Got to the window and the drive through person handed me a bag and said "next time mobile orders need to come inside and pick it up", and closed the window without giving me my drink.

Came in for lunch today. While the guy working the drive thru was extremely nice t I I ordered Mac N Cheese bites and they were not edible. Completely burnt with nothing inside.
