The service was great and the price with the coupon was great. The food tucked though. There was absolutely no flavor to the fries or chicken tenders. There was no salt, seasoning, nothing. I was highly irritated when I bit into the fry and it was bleah.

Arby's is normally a firm favourite when looking for quick, tasty food while travelling. This restaurant is needing looked at. The food was Luke warm and not of usual standard. The kitchen which was visible was in need of a very deep clean, made several in our party want to order and they went elsewhere. The staff where bored uninterested which left an uncomfortable feeling when eating. The seating area and bathrooms also needed cleaning. Not a great experience and wont be going back to that location or reccomending it to visitors to the area

Fast food but not fast had to wait for the food - didn’t mind waiting as thought the food would be nice and fresh and hot. That was not the case. Food was not fresh or warm! Bad move should’ve kept driving. Arby’s usually have the meats but not this one.
Food was delicious, as always. Never had a bad meal there at all.

This is probably the best Arby's I've been to! We're just passing through for my birthday/anniversary weekend. Birthaversary, if you will. I haven't been to an Arby's in quite a while because my local Arby's could NEVER be this great, but I was just really craving it. My husband and I ordered sandwiches without bread because we really just love their roast beef drowning in sauce.. Everyone made sure it was made the way we wanted and my cashier was the absolute NICEST person. The food was on point, service was great and I perhaps rang the service bell too hard.. for that I am sorry. I was just having a good time 😬 I will say that I'm sad that I'll be craving Arby's again and be nowhere close to this establishment. Boo on you all for that.

I've been eating at Arby's since I was a youngster in California in the 60s. Consistently great food. My wife and I regularly have Arby's for a meal. I, my wife, and eldest grandson got to-go dinner yesterday. When I got home, the au jus dip had leaked and soaked nearly through the bag because the lid had not been properly sealed, but there was still enough for the sandwich. Their bags are terrible, the consistency of tissue paper, no fault of the restaurant, but Arby's Corp needs to do something about this. Our meal was ready for pickup when I got there, and the food was great, as always.
