It is a very clean environment and has a wonderful Reuben, however when I ordered curly fries, I was given crinkle cut fries, there were only two customers present or I would have easily assumed the error was due to a busy lunch hour... I was in a hurry, so I did not have time to go back in and have my order corrected so it was a tad disappointing.
I think itsfunny people was paying all that money for a microwaved hamburger LOL ?

One of my faves. That particular day I noticed a big crack in their window and pointed it out to staff. It was high winds. Buffalo wrap no onions is my fave.

We came through the drive through this evening. I ordered the roast beef meal. We got home and I sat down to eat my food. The roast beef was very rare. Rare to the point that I couldn't even eat it. We live a ways from Arby's so just coming back isn't an option. I just don't understand why anyone would put meat on a sandwich that looks like this. Not a happy customer.

Food was good but the wait time was insane..went through drive through and was told to pull around to front of building. I did and still had to wait 10min or better.. was they wasn't very busy at this time..

I went through the drive thru and for 10 to 15 mins I was just sitting there and no one answered. When someone finally came out, they refused to let me order. I just wanted to order and be on my way. The service sucks.
