We tried Brazen Que for the first time tonight and OH MY GOODNESS! The best brisket we have ever had, the mac n cheese and street corn were phenomenal, the bbq sauces were SO good. We also tried the barbacoa tacos and they could be easily addictive. I am normally so picky but my husband and I both loved everything we tried! We will definitely be back (probably more times than we will admit). 100% recommend trying Brazen Que any chance you get!

So here’s the thing….. my friends Jason and Kimberly would NOT SHUTUP about this place!! So, we went with them against our will. (Slightly kidnapped) to Brazen Que BBQ. Let’s just say it is 100% WORTH the HOUR AND A HALF one way drive to eat here… the food was BEYOND amazing and the slight tingling sensation of filling a hole in myself I didn’t realized needed filling was something I cannot describe and will will have to write about in my diary like one of those smut books your mom used to hide from your dad when you were younger!! I’m telling you FREAKING GO HERE!! Pretend you’re on the Oregon trail and hop in your covered wagon bring some medication so you don’t die of dysentery and MAKE THE TREK to this place!! Plus, how could you NOT support an awesome dude like Nick who BEAT CANCER AND STARTED HIS DREAM!!??

I don't review bbq places often because I rarely choose them over other types of cuisine. That said I heard this place was excellent from a trusted friend. This isn't the one flavor floating in sauce bbq joint you've seen too many times. Advanced smoking and curing techniques are understood and applied. It's cafeteria style so casual in the dining room but clearly the chefs aren't cutting any corners. Bravo.

It was a lot more expensive than I anticipated but the ribs and brisket were Devine!!! And I'm not a fan of any kind of hot peppers but LOVED their jalapeno cheese grits!! Everyone in our party loved the grits and two of them were self proclaimed grit haters!!! I didn't have the baked beans but the group consensus was they were a bit too sweet. Over all, I'd go back without hesitation! The meats were my fav!

Came here with the family while in Livingston for the day. The food is delicious, I had the pulled pork, wife had a loaded potato, and kids had sandwiches. The only thing I didn’t like was the baked beans, but they just weren’t my style. I do feel prices are way too high, not because the food wasn’t good, it just seems like they are charging Nashville prices for little Livingston bbq. Good bbq doesn’t have to be expensive. I highly recommend though.
