We come here at various times throughout the week and the place is almost always clean as if it was cleaned just for us. We don't mind the short wait for our order since it's always fresh and hot! The employees we've encountered so far have been cordial, professional and welcoming. Like Will, who we'd like to thank for our pleasant dining experience.

Please turn the music down 2 notches.

Placed a mobile order, and was confirmed by a lad at the counter. Waited and watched customers come and go while waiting. Eventually when I asked about and canceled my order, was told I would have to request through support on the app, which is contact us. If you want Hardee’s go to the Salem Road location in Cookeville, better biscuits and service.

So apparently Hardee's does NOT update their mobile app. I placed a mobile order and ordered 3 cheeseburgers 2 with NO MUSTARD AND NO ONION. The other one I asked for NO ONION AND EXTRA PICKLES. I also has a chicken wrap with EXTRA RANCH. I had ordered Curly fries and 1 order of regular fries. A medium Sprite and a Small Minute Maid Lemonade. Well because the restaurant did not have the Minute Maid Lemonade anymore, it changed that to a Coke and then took off ALL the special requests that I had submitted. I got the food home and I only live 2 minutes from Livingston Hardee's and absolutely everything was wrong and the burgers were so dry, cold, and the bread was so stale and hard we absolutely could not even eat what we had ordered. If I could give less than 1 star I would. This was the worst food I have ever tried to eat and I will NEVER be back at this Hardee's. Next time I won't pass by Burger King to go to Hardee's I will just go to Burger King. At least Burger King has a mobile app that is UP TO DATE AND WORKS AND THEIR FOOD IS GOOD AND NOT DRY AND STALE!!!

they charge us $12 for a meal and the burger is cold. The only thing hot is the fries. Another $12 for chicken strip meal with cold chicken strips. This place sucks
