When we arrived we were told to place and pay for our order before sitting in the dining room. The silverware and drinks (in to-go cups) were then handed to us at the register. Someone did bring the pizza to the table. The pizza was good.

Ordered online and it said 10 breadsticks. Only got 5. When asking the cashier bout it he was a total douche bag and said it’s SUPPOSE to be advertised them being cut in half. Definitely need someone with better people skills working the register and better advertising. I’ll spend my money elsewhere from now on.

I placed my order online for delivery and was given a 6:50pm delivery time. At 7:05 I called and the girl told me door dash had not picked it up yet. I explained that I didn't order thru door dash and I did not want to receive my food cold. I explained that I would like a refund. She told me they do not offer refunds and I would have to accept store credit, in which I told her I didn't pay with a store credit and would need to speak to a manager. The food finally arrived at 7:20pm stone cold and the boy dropped one of the pizza melts on my driveway and then said "at least it wasn't one of your drinks." Chuckled, said have a nice night and walked away. I understand it's hard to find good help these days but there is no excuse for poor quality and poor customer service. Do better!
