I showed up 15 min prior to closing . Tried to call ahead because I knew they would be closing and nobody answered . When I got in line the cashier refused me service and said they were closed. After I questioned the time she refused to serve me again and she also refused to give me her name. At the point I told the lady it was dishonest to do towards her employer a gentleman offered to make my food. Twice. Thing is - if you don’t want my business I should not have to make you take it. Why wouldn’t I believe my food would have been spit in after all of that.
I’m trying this review at 8:53 pm and have already left there so I most def wasn’t there at closing time. I called and asked for the mangers name. The girl said Charissa. I told her I would be calling her manager in the morning.
I get it- everyone wants to go home but this was not a situation where I showed up at 5 till. Not by far . Horrible customer service.

Okay so ordered foot longs online from the app. Wanted our sandwiches toasted. They were in fact not toasted, were extremely cold and bread was not cooked thoroughly. Pieces of chicken tastes liked they came straight from the fridge. I will not be going to the Livingston Subway again.

I went thru the drive thru and order a tuna sub I asked for onions pickles and hot peppers.. I'm going to post picture of what I got.. when I got home and opened it up it seemed like a joke.. 1 pickle 1 little slice of onion and 1 pepper...

I like there new menu. You can order a sub that is pre made. Number 7 is my go to. So u can say just give me a number 7 the it says instead of choosing all your own stuff I like this model better for myself but I can still customize it ya feel the need

I like a great sandwich, and their subs are good. The service was good, and there was no wait. But the prices are getting to be outrageous. So it's a good once in a while spot for lunch. 4 stars is my score.

Didn't realize they were closing the lobby as we walked in, but the older lady was super nice about it, everyone was working hard. If I didn't think that woman was the owner I'd say give her a raise and promotion! She was really nice and in restaurants and fast food joints, things like that really matter. My buffalo chicken sub that she made was perfect. Love how she toasted it too.

I recently purchased a order through the app. Found out today I was charged multiple times. I contacted the store who referred me to corporate that told me to contact the store and while replying back to explain that I've already contacted the store they decided to hang up on me. It's almost impossible to get ahold of anyone.... so is this how we are treating customers now, taking money from customers without authorization. Theft at its finest.

Wait time wasn’t really that long and everything was great, other than ordering a chicken bacon ranch sub on the app. The last two times the bacon has been left off of the order.
