The curb is terrible we had a very hard time getting through it’s a very small sharp curve and the service was terrible the woman was really irritated because she couldn’t get the order correct

Came at 850 the girl had all lights off in the lobby. Wouldn't answer the drive thru so went to the window and honked and the girl went and hid. Don't know who the manager is but this girl needs fired! Or at least disciplined. That's bull crap. If ur open till 9 u need to be open until 9. I won't be back to this subway! The sign that said drive Thru open was very well lit and we seen the girl thru the window and in the window in the lobby mopping. Done with lazy people for real. And from the previous reviews this has been an ongoing problem. Maybe we should contact corporate subway and see how they agree with how this franchise is doing.

Got my order all wrong in drive through I ordered a double steak and cheese on white bread heated somehow it turned into a BLT lol I wanted a spirte they didn't have it the had starry I said ok a small that was never added

Foods great staff is great but the regional manager doesn’t run triathlons very well. Even a handicap guy with aqua phobia beat him.

I showed up 15 min prior to closing . Tried to call ahead because I knew they would be closing and nobody answered . When I got in line the cashier refused me service and said they were closed. After I questioned the time she refused to serve me again and she also refused to give me her name. At the point I told the lady it was dishonest to do towards her employer a gentleman offered to make my food. Twice. Thing is - if you don’t want my business I should not have to make you take it. Why wouldn’t I believe my food would have been spit in after all of that. I’m trying this review at 8:53 pm and have already left there so I most def wasn’t there at closing time. I called and asked for the mangers name. The girl said Charissa. I told her I would be calling her manager in the morning. I get it- everyone wants to go home but this was not a situation where I showed up at 5 till. Not by far . Horrible customer service.

Okay so ordered foot longs online from the app. Wanted our sandwiches toasted. They were in fact not toasted, were extremely cold and bread was not cooked thoroughly. Pieces of chicken tastes liked they came straight from the fridge. I will not be going to the Livingston Subway again.
I went thru the drive thru and order a tuna sub I asked for onions pickles and hot peppers.. I'm going to post picture of what I got.. when I got home and opened it up it seemed like a joke.. 1 pickle 1 little slice of onion and 1 pepper...

I like there new menu. You can order a sub that is pre made. Number 7 is my go to. So u can say just give me a number 7 the it says instead of choosing all your own stuff I like this model better for myself but I can still customize it ya feel the need
