While the atmosphere is charming, the front end staff ok-to-good, and the food looked good, my experience was somewhat less than this. I will give them the benefit of the doubt this time and try them again someday. I’m bothering to leave a review because I know it is important for restaurants, especially, and not doing so helps no one…
We, perhaps, challenged them today by having a party of twelve, however, a well organized team would have risen to that occasion. Our food was late, forty minutes late, arrived piecemeal, and mostly cold. Most just accepted this, I did not. Though my entree looked ‘ok’ it was cold. Greasy, cold, over cooked potatoes are not something you serve, ditto a breakfast burrito. Teamwork among the staff seemed lacking. Our server seemed to lose us in the fray. Today was a cool day, breezy, yet in spite of that the place was wide open with garage doors up and we had to ask several times to close a nearby door that was repeatedly propped open by staff. I spoke to a manager regarding my entree but it apparently did no good, as I never did get the fresh hot entree she promised and bummed a slice of pizza from someone in our party. I’ll be honest; the pizza was good! You eat even cold pizza when you’re hungry… As I said, I will try these folks again in hopes of a better experience.

I had the pleasure of eating at this incredible establishment with my family today during my vacation. We had Brittany as our server and she was amazing! The food was great and the interaction we had with her made the entire experience! We also had the pleasure of speaking with the manager and we could not recommend this restaurant more! it was such an inviting atmosphere and cute outside seating!

Basically the only dining option on LM, and didn’t disappoint. Arrived 30 minutes before close and were greeted by friendly and accommodating staff. Food was amazing! Highly recommend.

This capped off an incredible day in Lookout Mountain. Food was delicious and service was great. Ambience on patio was amazing and this was very kid friendly. Loved the Mezze platter for two to split and pizza was delicious!
