do not go here, a 5 piece combo is 11.80, and they can't explain why two 5 piece combos are 36 bucks total. over ten dollar rip off. when I brought to attention, they mocked me as they fumbled with adding it up and still not getting the same answer each time.

This is my favorite place to eat. I live in Alabama at the line and I come to eat at this Hardee's because it is the best. But tonight the guy who took my money was awesome and he told me he made sure my ketchup was in the bag. But I'm very disappointed that both my meals I ordered medium curly fries. They told us to give them a moment they were dropping fresh ones. I waited almost 15 minutes. Well I ended up getting home. With one regular cold fry and one cold curly fry. My fries were all dumped in the bottom of the bag. To top it off I tried to call the manager and the phones off the hook. Very disappointed as I come to Hardee's at least 4 times a week but I want be back in the evening shift. I will only come when the day shift is present. Both times I've came in the evening this has been done to us. Please Do better.

The staff at this restaurant are very helpful and polite. It is a family friendly atmosphere, the food was great, and they did great making sure the food was made correctly as well.
My husband and I live in Alabama, but we try to get to this particular Hardee's because to be completely honest, they have THE best burgers anywhere... including any restaurants....the girls out front are so sweet and always helpful. Professional and quick. But the young guy in back who made our burgers tonight was... insanely delicious. Not only was it delicious, the presentation was holy good grief fantastic. I don't remember any time I've opened a fast food wrapper and saw a burger as pretty as the ones we got tonight. Now, they've impressed us each time we've been.... and they are consistently a good looking sandwich. But even my picture doesn't do it justice. Seriously impressed with the quality of food we get at THIS Hardee's. Like I said when we left...Damn good burger. I recommend this place soooo much.. and always always remember to thank your cook.

I was going through the drive through for breakfast and the general manager was rude with all get out and thus wasn't the first time it has happened. For now on I plan on getting my meals from some where else. SAD,SAD, SAD.....😔 😟 🙁 😥 😞 😿 😔

I recently visited Hardee's for breakfast through the drive-thru, and my experience was incredibly disappointing due to the poor customer service, primarily stemming from the new manager on duty.
As I placed my order, everything seemed fine until I asked for some creamer for my coffee. Instead of a friendly response, I was met with an obvious attitude, as if my simple request was a major inconvenience. The manager's irritation was palpable, which made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. It’s frustrating to be treated like a nuisance for just asking for a little extra to enjoy my meal.
After a long wait, I finally received my order, but the negative interaction overshadowed the food itself. While Hardee's breakfast items are usually satisfying, I couldn't enjoy them fully due to the unpleasant service.
It’s disheartening to see such a decline in customer service, especially when it can significantly affect the dining experience. I sincerely hope Hardee's addresses this issue and considers making changes to their management approach. Until then, I'll be looking elsewhere for my breakfast fix.
