I was going through the drive through for breakfast and the general manager was rude with all get out and thus wasn't the first time it has happened. For now on I plan on getting my meals from some where else. SAD,SAD, SAD.....😔 😟 🙁 😥 😞 😿 😔

I recently visited Hardee's for breakfast through the drive-thru, and my experience was incredibly disappointing due to the poor customer service, primarily stemming from the new manager on duty.
As I placed my order, everything seemed fine until I asked for some creamer for my coffee. Instead of a friendly response, I was met with an obvious attitude, as if my simple request was a major inconvenience. The manager's irritation was palpable, which made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. It’s frustrating to be treated like a nuisance for just asking for a little extra to enjoy my meal.
After a long wait, I finally received my order, but the negative interaction overshadowed the food itself. While Hardee's breakfast items are usually satisfying, I couldn't enjoy them fully due to the unpleasant service.
It’s disheartening to see such a decline in customer service, especially when it can significantly affect the dining experience. I sincerely hope Hardee's addresses this issue and considers making changes to their management approach. Until then, I'll be looking elsewhere for my breakfast fix.

Everything is so nice and clean when you walk in. The empl8ate fantastic, they always get you anything you need. I always request my meat a little extra done, which most places complain about, but at this Hardee's in Loretto will do anything you need to make you happy. Good is always delicious, they never mess up your order and it's always hot and fresh. The drink machine is even extra good. Especially Caleb Potts is a good worker.

One of the best that I've been to in a while. I was out riding my shadow with my brother on his Harley. First fast food we saw that sounded good enough to eat, and I say I'll definitely be back for more. The staff took no time to bring out fresh tasting food bonus the drinks didn't taste flat and the sweet tea was perfectly sweet. On top of it all, they were the nicest staff. That I have ever seen.
My Big Ham n cheese was outstanding. Service of Caleb, was so refreshing. Made us laugh and enjoy ourselves. Thank you hardees.

Amazingly attentive cashiers, managers, and cooks. All of the food was delicious and had been prepared by the time we had our drinks. We were greeted immediately upon entering the establishment and when the table next to ours was cleaned. It is a wonderful place for a quick bite to eat for sure.
