Cheese sticks come half frozen, wait is super long, have found whole bones on my barbecue sandwich before. The order is missing stuff 90% of the time. Always gotta check before leaving the parking lot. I don't eat there anymore.

Drove to the Muscle Shoals location even though I live in Florence because the quality is typically so much better. I currently have 3 sick children and a husband with Covid. We ordered this thinking it was perfect for everyone. Every potato was hard as a brick, cold to the touch, and the butter nor sour cream was melted, RED FLAG!!! They also sent NO white sauce for 3 potatoes after I asked for white sauce specifically THREE different time. Cashier told me it was in the bag or the boxes, she assured me. Now let’s focus on the chicken tender meal. I got that for my 5 year old twins to split thinking it was a “meal”. The chicken was smaller than a chicken nugget from McDonalds, and came with only 3 pieces. I would hate to know a working man had to rely on that to survive through the day. The prices have continued to go up while the service hasn’t. I called and spoke with a manager, HE OFFERED ME FREE SAUCE ON MY NEXT VISIT….. Are you kidding me. $50 for some brick hard, dry potatoes and 3 bites of chicken. My family is still hungry. We couldn’t eat the food. It was a waste of time, money and gas. He offered ONE free dessert on our next trip, I told him he could keep it I wasn’t looking for anything free. Just kinda had higher expectations and super disappointed. So if you’re looking to throw away $50 bucks, hit up the Muscle Shoals location their food obviously is NOT cooked to order.

I watched them and said something to her but left because we was mad. lost service because there was no reason to be rude we didn't do anything. located in Ardmore tn

Very clean place and friendly staff. Several choices of bbq and sides to choose from. I had seen these restaurants around but had never tried them. Well worth the stop.
Just want to let everyone know that online orders must be picked up inside! It’s not more convenient at all. We didn’t know that and had to go inside in pjs/no bra to get our food.

I took my daughter to Rick's yesterday. We absolutely loved the food. They definitely are understaffed though. They need to care about their employees more and not have one worker running the register, serving food and cleaning all by themselves. There was such a sweet young lady working the front counter on her own. She was trying so hard to accommodate the lunch crowd on her own.
