Update 8/25 Ordered food and a coke While waiting I noticed a young man standing outside of the employee entrance playing with and feeding a stray dog. Believe it or not this same guy entered the restaurant and comes out in 2 minutes with a tray with MY food items. No he didn't wash his hands that fast. No his job description doesn't include playing with stray dogs. I trashed the food to keep from getting sick. Sonic managers- store, district and regional all know that they wouldn't have eaten food served to them under these circumstances and shouldn't expect customers to.
For awhile I would stop here and get good food and service. I stopped here 7/9/25 and ordered a sonic cheeseburger no tomatoes or mayo, small onion rings and a large coke extra ice. The cheeseburger was extremely dry, hardly had onions or ketchup on it, 2 small dry pickles. The order was placed at 3:56pm and brought out at 4:05pm. First red flag. The onion rings didnt taste fresh like they normally do. Caitlyn that brought my food out carried my drink by holding the top of the cup, one finger resting on top of the lid as if i don't have to insert the straw through the lid.
Also when my order was taken, it took several tries to get it correct. I ordered a cheeseburger- the screen said I ordered a medium combo. I ordered small onion rings- the screen said I ordered regular onion rings.
I hope management takes time to fix these issues. Your workers have to know that tampering with customers food comes with federal consequences and is against code USDA 1365. This is for the young workers thinking customers can't tell when you have angrily tampered with our food because you got our orders wrong.

They either need to update there menu on line and there or do something different! Cause it says i can get a (real) banana milkshake but then you ask they say they can't make one its banana flavored then I want a grilled chicken classic witch is also something they have posted they make when I tried to order it they told me they no longer made ANY grilled sandwiches! Makes 0 freaking since they make banana splits with fresh banana why can't you make a shake ?!? I love sonics food WHEN its cooked right and the ppl working aint to lazy to make what you actually want ! They jt say they dont have it ridiculous then to top it off the burger and fries i ended up settling for wasnt even cooked all the way ! Was still pink and fries mushie !!!🙄 😒

Ordered 3 different burgers, 1 hot dog kids meal, 1 chicken sandwich meal, 3 orders of cheese sticks, and 2 orders of popcorn chicken. I ordered online because it was a big order, and I know it is way easier for the employees to have a list on the computer for a big order like this. 2 of the burgers were wrong, hot dog meal came as a corndog. Politely asked them to fix it before I left. Got ANOTHER corndog and 2 more burgers that were wrong. Asked them to fix it for the SECOND time, and got 2 more incorrect burgers, and ANOTHER corn dog? Also of the 4 drinks we ordered 2 were wrong, didn't even bother to ask them to fix this. I was polite and nice to the employees, and they were mostly polite to me, but dumb as a rock.

Hate to say it but Loretto Sonic is better than Summertown Sonic. Last time at Summertown our burgers were cold. In Loretto they hot and fresh thank you Loretto Sonic!
