Oh, lucky me! Another pit stop at Arby's third times a charm, so I thought. Here where the hamburgers are always a surprise. Maybe I should buy a lottery ticket while I'm at it, since I seem to have such great luck with undercooked burgers. Who needs consistency anyway? Oh, at least the ladies were all nice but I think I’m just going to stick with chicken anytime. I eat Arby’s from now on.

Love this place. However, I ordered the Peach rolls and I live 20 minutes away. So didn’t know they weren’t in the bag. Tried to call to rectify it and no one answered the phone. Their food is very expensive to miss putting items in the bag. Especially, since I was the only customer in the drive thru.

I have been 2 times now and had a horrible experience! If you do not have Italian dressing then how do you sale an Italian Sub? It was cold, cheese not even close to melted, burnt pepperoni and NO Italian dressing!! I did receive my money but the lady was totally rude about it. I ask would she eat and she just gave a dirty look! These prices are way too high for such crappy food and crappy service!

Lemonade wasn’t in its usual cup so I did not notice it is spoiled. It has these white spots in it. Could be mold it tasted very sour. Very disappointing

shoutout Alice the cashier! i come to this arby’s on my way home from college quite often and she’s always so sweet and friendly, always wishes me safe travels too. honestly she’s the only reason i still eat at arbys lol.

I usually enjoy trying something new at Arby’s, but this visit was a big letdown. The steak bites were especially bad — they can’t possibly be real meat! They just disintegrated as soon as I bit into them, and the flavor was honestly awful.
On top of that, the fries arrived ice cold, which made them nearly inedible, and my sandwich was missing the cheese I paid extra for. When you’re spending extra money for add-ons, that kind of mistake really stings.
I know Arby’s can do better, but this experience was rough from start to finish. Definitely not worth the price this time around.

We ordered 4 meals and did not receive a drink , a fry and au jus. Disappointing especially as asked to pull forward. Yes it should have benefited checked but dinner at 8:30 and being tired, ot was forgotten and not even close enough to go back. Happens every time. So check your food.

I went to eat and was very hungry. However, when I arrived during open hours, I was informed that the establishment was on break for approximately an hour and therefore unable to provide service.
