We ordered 4 meals and did not receive a drink , a fry and au jus. Disappointing especially as asked to pull forward. Yes it should have benefited checked but dinner at 8:30 and being tired, ot was forgotten and not even close enough to go back. Happens every time. So check your food.

Ordered a brisket sandwich. When I got home I had a roast beef with bacon on it ? No cheese ...no onion strips ... definitely not what I paid for.

As I sat in restaurant eating my brisket sandwich and fries, I couldn't help, but hear some of the employees talking very loud, using vulgar language. This is very unprofessional and the manager who was on duty did nothing. I would give zero stars if I could, since they couldn't even get the sandwich right. Won't be back. I shouldn't have to listen to loud obnoxious employees who swear constantly. If I was manager, they'd be fired on the spot.

I was just served by a teenage boy named Milie I think. I rarely see boys his age working these days. I was so respectful and polite to every customer and he was working very hard cleaning tables. His parents must be very proud.
One of the better Arby's I've been to. There was a lovely server Alice who was just delightful.

Just ordered but didn’t want to forget to give a big shoutout to Alice the cashier. She made the end of a long day very nice and warm, her smile is absolutely amazing and she is so sweet. She deserves the absolute best of the best. And you can tell she’s a hard worker and her attitude seems like she makes the best out of everything no matter what. As a truck driver if I get the chance to comeback through I will order food here again because of her.
