I'm almost positive the employees are not capable of multitasking in the drive thru. It's impossible for them to take an order, and have another car at their window waiting to pay and get there food. It must also be a difficult task to put the sandwiches together; lettuce goes ON the sandwich and NOT on the outside of the top bun or what looks like they just threw it on the wrapper.

My fish sandwich tasted like it had been sitting for a while. It was lukewarm and chewy. My husband ordered one as well, and his was freshly made and he said it was great. Our fries weren’t freshly made, either. We were on the road so really didn’t have time to turn around and have them remake our food, and after all, we did expect it to be fresh since this is what they do all day every day. And isn’t that what we should expect?

This location was the best burger king location I have ever been too when it came down to customer service and cleanliness the food was prepared fast and everyone and I mean everyone showed respect and consideration to me and my family as their customers , Taylor the manager shows phenomenal leadership if I could give her 10000 stars It would be that she truly made my day thank you for the amazing acts of kindness and patience you all showed !
