“I ordered pizzas from here for pickup for my husband and his co-workers. The order was perfect. It was a larger order, but it was ready at the time requested, hot, delicious, and the employee even helped me carry everything to my vehicle without me asking for help. Domino's rocks. ? ?“

“I would just like to say that the food was hot, fresh, & tasted good. The staff was very kind, however I truly feel bad for the staff at this location. I'm a frequent customer & have always been satisfied with the staff, food, and service. I placed an order today (6/17/24) for pickup and today the temperature outside at 7:45pm is 90° but feels like it's 97°, when I went in to pick up my order it was unbearably hot in there I'd be willing to bet that it was at least 120°. I asked the guy that gave me my order if their AC was not working and he said that it was broken (no he wasn't complaining)which is absolutely sad and ridiculous that the staff there has to work in such horrible temperatures with hot ovens running. My heart goes out to the staff that have been forced to work in these conditions. I was only in there for less than 3 minutes and almost passed out from the heat so I can't imagine how the staff feels, but I'd say it probably feels close to the temperature of hell in there. PLEASE get the AC fixed it's not fair or considerate of the staff or the customers.“

“two visits in two weeks. First time here, and let me tell you the staff was tied with firebirds for best in Tn so far. Personality, knowledge of the food, courteous, and then some. They shared, making sure we were tended to and acknowledging the bartender as well as each other. Former owners of a pub saying A plus plus. Did traditional a with two sauces and a flight to try more flavors. And the chips, all great. Clean bathrooms, and there is outside seating if you want. We will be back to try it all, huge menu! Second trip, first was bar none the best service I have ever had. Even stood up to our service at Firebirds. Food was a 5 out of 5 for a party of two. This time service was a 4 of 5. Food was a 5 of 5 again, but really missed how last time they mentioned the bartenders name and the other staff, knowledge of the menu, it was our first time, this our second. Loren was the bomb, Lizzy was really good. Be sure to tip for great service, excited happy servers promote and deliver better.“

“Awesome little dinner with the best country foods. Beer on tap and seagrams and a few other things by the bottle. Okra, monster BLTs with fried bologna, and sweet tea!!! Couldn't ask for much more but they have it! Great decor and Sandra D and the staff are wonderful and very welcoming.“

“It was a Thursday evening while traveling on vacation when we ate here. I surprised that the restaurant was so crowded on a week night. However, I don't know the area so, it might be shift work or a football night, who knows. Anyway, we were seated fairly quick as a couple. The service was good. We enjoyed our food as usual at Chili's. I had the half rack of ribs and my wife had the Nacho's. The meals filled is up and had to have take home boxes for the left overs. The restaurant was clean, service was good, the noise was a bit high with so many people but, that is not Chili's fault. I would recommend this Chili's.“

“Stopped at KFC in Lenoir City on Mother’s Day to pick up some chicken and french fries for my very picky 9 year old who didn’t want what the rest of the family was having for lunch. We used the drive thru and were immediately greeted with a friendly welcome which is so rare these days. Thank-you! We then pulled around to the window and the person working handed me a purple carnation for mother’s days. Wow! Very impressed with the customer service. Greatly appreciated!!!! Excellent job staff!“

“Waited at the drive thru window for five minutes without anyone coming to check and see what we wanted. I had already paid online so I wanted to get my food. After that I went around and walked inside. The guy working the counter came up and made it all good. Even gave us a nice promotional cup for waiting. Kept me updated on the food and apologized about ten times.“

“I enjoy the pizza and online ordering. I dont like the new store hours they have now. it use to be 11pm and 12a on weekends. now they close at 10pm 7 days a week. they start these hours in summertime. why? these would be better for winter hours. they are gonna lose a lot of business and money.“

“I want to start by saying that there are 2 dominos in my town, and this one is my absolute favorite! My last delivery experience wasn’t the greatest, they were busy so it took an hour to get our food, the order was wrong and I called the store. They were super nice, offered to remake it and deliver or give us store credit. It was the only issue I ever had at this store and they made it right. This is why I’ll keep choosing this location, great customer service!“
