Had a horrible experience trying to get in touch with Dominoes via the customer support link or any phone numbers as they ALL arrive at dead ends. Called and spoke with Ethan the manager about not being credited my Emergency Pizza and he took care of me. Customer support is non existent from any phone number or email. I wasted 15 minutes creating a case, was given a case number and that is it! There was no follow up or anything from the chain. Its a shame that the corporate level does nothing to take care of customers and leave it to the local stores to address. Thanks for taking care of me on this Ethan!
We ordered a Philly Cheese Steak Pizza and garlic dipping sauce to be picked up. First of all, it should have been named Philly Cheese Pizza as most of the slices had one quarter sized steak piece on them. Second, the Pizza was lukewarm, and we were early picking it up. Also, they forgot our sauce. The guy at the window shoved the Pizza through our window and closed his window as we had prepaid.
I have been a weekly delivery customer for about 15 years. 2 out of my last 3 orders have not even been started after 45 minutes. When I call the store as the app suggests, the employee was extremely rude and said they were not allowed to talk to me about online orders. I asked for the manager. He said I was taking time away from his employee making pizza. I cancelled my order and the manager tried to hang up before confirming cancellation. I insisted he stay on the phone and confirm and he said I was waisting his time. I asked who owned the store and he yelled Knox Pizza Company, LLC and hung up. I hate to see this happen to what was once a great dinner option for my family. Both employees were annoyed to talk to me. Franchises push us to the app and don’t want to talk to us when there is a problem. I looked online for a number to the owner and it does not exist. If you are the owner please call me. You should be able to find my cell all over your computer from my orders. I don’t mind an order being late or wrong but I wont continue to spend money with a company who’s employees say I waist their time by asking about my delayed order.
As usual you order online and then in about 40 minutes have heard nothing so call the location and after checking she tells me another 45 minutes to one hour. Why is it always this way? They need to tell you when they are that far behind but they really do not care. If you look on the post where it shows you how busy they are at certain days and times shows right not very busy. She says they are backed up as usual. Please also hire drivers that can find their way around especially in a town this small. This particulat location needs to step up and do a better job of course when you have no competition it is easy to let things slide.
I called to check on my order that was out of the oven 1 hour ago. James answered and said use your tracker and hung up on me very rudely. Never ordering from here again.
Last night we decided to pick up Food and due to the weather several places were closed. So we ended up at Domino’s and when I went to pick it up, I could see that they were absolutely slammed! But I wanted to say that the employees were working so hard and really trying to move those pieces out the door as fast as they could! You could tell it’s been a really hard night and probably due to everything else being closed. They were getting more orders than usual. But I’m really thankful that they took care and got me my pizzas. They deserve a big shout out for all the work they were doing last night!

On the menu, you can get a pizza with everything on it for 18.99 but if you do a normal hand tossed 2 topping pizza it's 23.00.... sorry this is idiocy.

This Domino's has awful delivery service. I placed an order on the Domino’s app, which has a tracker so you can follow your order. Food was ordered at 8:20pm, the order did not start prepping until 8:40pm. Which I can understand they might’ve been busy. That part is understandable. The food went in to quality check at 8:50pm, which is the step before delivery. I waited and waited, no food and no delivery status. Exactly AN HOUR later at 9:50pm I wondered what was going on and called the store to see if the order was even in the works. The guy I spoke to informed me that the order was ready, but the driver was still 6 mins away from the store and my order was the next to be picked up. That was frustrating but at least it was finally on the way. I honestly thought about canceling but since my order was next to go out might as well wait a bit longer. The order was finally delivered at 10:20pm, exactly TWO HOURS after I placed the order. The food was cold obviously but it tasted alright. I don’t know what their staffing situation is like but obviously two hours to get food is a bit ridiculous. All I have to say is I wouldn’t recommend using their delivery service if you're really hungry, because it will take hours to get to you.
