Had a horrible experience trying to get in touch with Dominoes via the customer support link or any phone numbers as they ALL arrive at dead ends. Called and spoke with Ethan the manager about not being credited my Emergency Pizza and he took care of me. Customer support is non existent from any phone number or email. I wasted 15 minutes creating a case, was given a case number and that is it! There was no follow up or anything from the chain. Its a shame that the corporate level...
We ordered a Philly Cheese Steak Pizza and garlic dipping sauce to be picked up. First of all, it should have been named Philly Cheese Pizza as most of the slices had one quarter sized steak piece on them. Second, the Pizza was lukewarm, and we were early picking it up. Also, they forgot our sauce. The guy at the window shoved the Pizza through our window and closed his window as we had prepaid.
As usual you order online and then in about 40 minutes have heard nothing so call the location and after checking she tells me another 45 minutes to one hour. Why is it always this way? They need to tell you when they are that far behind but they really do not care. If you look on the post where it shows you how busy they are at certain days and times shows right not very busy.
