Waited 45 minutes for a rueben that was burnt to the point of being totally inedible. Service was sketchy at best and there was little interest in making it right. Will not be going back.

Pick up order from 25 mins it took almost an hour. New York style WHEREEE? I DONT MIND PAYING FOR GOOD FOOD BUT THIS WAS NOT WORTH. NOT EVEN 20 AND WE PAID ALMOST 40 LIKE WTH YOU GUYS DONT KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT GOOD FOOD!!! We should’ve just ordered at any fast food

One star is a stretch for my latest experience. Have been customer since Jay first opened. Will not be going back. Food was awful, staff was extremely rude.

We have attempted to order food here on multiple occasions. And variably the order is wrong incomplete or the food wasn’t prepared to order. Today after having place the order over two hours in advance, we arrive to pick it up to be told. They hadn’t even started it. Apparently somebody was on break and didn’t bother processing it. Very disappointed, very disappointed.

I would give zero stars. I have not been to jays in over 3 years as service was poor and food was barley adequate and heavily over priced. BUT my husband wanted to try them again, after changing management. After making a carryout order and was told 30 minutes to pick up, my husband waited an additional 40 minutes for pizza that came out, cold, was told last minute they didn't actually have wings, so replaced with ribs, that are mediocre at best. Came home with a pizza that was not cauliflower crust and was Hawaiian without pineapple on it. He also relayed that the poor woman in there was the only one doing anything while the boys employed there passed a vape back and forth over the counter, with another boy that came in. Will NEVER patron this place again.
Edit: I called the manager about this and she offered to replace, credit, ect. Just not worth it. If they can't basic stuff right, I can't imagine they are following any health guidelines, washing hands, properly storing food ect. I want nothing from this place. And the new owner has to know about these issues as there are plenty of poor reviews with the same complaints.

Didn't know it had new managment. Will not return. The service was extremely slow and the food was not as good as the previous visits. No tv was on at the bar and no bartender.

Closed early…honor your hours.

Too much money for what they serve. If it had been good or the service had been amazing, I wouldn't have minded. But drinks stayed empty, one person's food took about 25 minutes longer than the others and still came with the wrong sauce, and another's sandwich was completely the wrong order. Very disappointing.

Sept 2024 - Ordered online for a pickup order. Said the order would be ready in 1hr. Arrived and the person said the order had been cancelled. Said it would be over 2 hours to make 8 regular pizzas...

Tried in May 2024 - ordered pizzas for delivery. Were delivered 2hrs later than expected. Called during the waiting time and said they were on there way, called another 2 times... arrived 2hrs later
