This location needs better dedicated and professional individuals. Especially management. Workers show below average capabilities and no regard towards food handling procedures. It is imperative that the owner finds a responsible manager to conduct these employees the correct way. Location looked closed when it was approached giving the impression that it was closed. Was told It takes 20 minutes to have a regular pepperoni pizza ready. Mind you they are supposed to be "hot & ready ". The longest it should take per proper procedures is maximum 10 minutes. If you prefer service that has a reckless view of customer service and no importance to food handling procedures you have found the right place.

I would just like to say that the food was hot, fresh, & tasted good. The staff was very kind, however I truly feel bad for the staff at this location. I'm a frequent customer & have always been satisfied with the staff, food, and service. I placed an order today (6/17/24) for pickup and today the temperature outside at 7:45pm is 90° but feels like it's 97°, when I went in to pick up my order it was unbearably hot in there I'd be willing to bet that it was at least 120°. I asked the guy that gave me my order if their AC was not working and he said that it was broken (no he wasn't complaining)which is absolutely sad and ridiculous that the staff there has to work in such horrible temperatures with hot ovens running. My heart goes out to the staff that have been forced to work in these conditions. I was only in there for less than 3 minutes and almost passed out from the heat so I can't imagine how the staff feels, but I'd say it probably feels close to the temperature of hell in there. PLEASE get the AC fixed it's not fair or considerate of the staff or the customers.

I was just in there in order to orders of the crazy puffs, pepperoni. They were absolutely disgusting, one was no more than a dough muffin with pizza sauce on top, two contain no pepperoni. The others were just a waste of money. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone.I also waited 15 min to be completely disappointed 7

I will never be back which is a shame because my son likes there pizza and it's convenient after doing my grocery shopping. I would steer clear of this place. Rude workers and are so unhelpful. Found out her name was Sara and that she was a manager. There's no way I'd ever have promoted her, but oh well. I'll never be back. Good luck making business with her. You'll need it.
