There are slim pickings for vegans in this part of East Tennessee, but this place is fantastic for vegan/vegetarians and omnivores alike. Plenty of appetizer, entree, curry, and sushi options. I’m gluten free and found they have a gluten free menu and they also have gluten free soy sauce. I had spicy tuna roll which was spicy and good. We had edamame which was okay and was lukewarm when it was served to us.

It's official. It was not a fluke that our first visit was amazing. This place is wonderful. We have had the whiteboard special rolls Snow White (not pictured), French Kiss (pictured on right), and Spicy Tuna (pictured on left). Miso soup and salad were tasty and refreshing. Hot and sour soup is different than what I've had in the area. The curry is flavorful without having to rely on hot spice. Save room for the fried cheesecake! Will be back as often as I can.
