Sandwiches keep getting worse. Absolutely ridiculous they still don't have a toaster oven. High prices and don't participate in Subway deals. Ridiculous!!!

They cancelled my order and couldn't even manage 12 minutes from there own restaurant I will not be ordering from here ever again and on top of that I don't even know if I'll get a refund for the 60$ in food I just spent and I waited a whole hour for nothing.

As I write this review, Google says you are open for business. There was a lady there at 5:30, but the door was locked. I knocked on the door. They didn't even look up. This is why your franchise is failing.
They were out of the foot long cookie. ?. We ordered 2 different foot long sandwiches and both of them were really good. The 2 people up front were friendly and outgoing & new what they doing. We definitely be going back. Hopefully they will have the cookie back

I had a fairly large order and the two guys who served me were fantastic.

No one greeted us on entry. The girl that was in the front said “be right with you” and went to the back to get someone. A young man came out with very unkept hair, no hat, never smiled or spoke. Neither employee had name tags on, and his hair though nice for a young man, was constantly in his face and as he was fixing my daughters sandwich his hair was hanging over her sandwich. When he started to make mine as he was putting gloves on I asked him if he was going to wash his hands and he looked at me like I was from outer space and asked why. I do believe that is a health dept requirement and also hair restraints. He looked disgusted and walked to the back, with that we walked out NEVER to go there again. I live in Loudon and have heard this from others in the past and was hoping there was better management . If this young man has had training, he certainly was not adhering to it. Too bad Subway you used to be a very good option for a good sub, but not any more.

evan is the man. He was so nice and respectful. he was working by himself and did a great job. evan needs to get a raise he's by far the best subway employee i've ever had the pleasure of meeting. if evan leaves i will definitely not go back.

Been here multiple times. Today, it was great, folks were friendly, and food was good too. Let your folks know they are appreciated! Most business owners don't do that. Will be going back and supporting local businesses.

If you go into this subway in Loudon off of 72 Buy food city it’s always dirty. The floors are dirty. The counters are dirty. There’s always dirt on the floor. There’s one employee that works there as a gentleman that is the best gentleman that weights on every customer is very nice and fast and he does a great job so I think the management needs to start being a little more clean the vegetable is the glasses always dirty

Ordered online got my sandwich 4 items wasn't on it tried calling would not answer so if anyone has the number to a manager I would greatly appreciate it.

Placed an online order, afterwards the app told me my order was ready. Upon arrival it had not even been started. After making the sandwich wrong and a half but wrap job it fell apart on the counter. I asked them to remake it. 45 minutes later I’m still waiting..I paid for extra meat didn’t get it, dropped over $30 on an order that was never done right.. SMH Seemed like all the employees wanted to do was go sit in the back. Honestly won’t do that again!! For sure won’t be back indefinitely. If you’d like to refund my money I’ll gladly take this post down.
