The person working walks away to the back everything we go in I wouldn't recommend there at all even tonite they were out of chicken and he was not responsive about it

9/20/25 around noon I picked up an online order. I needed to ask for some lettuce and tomato on the side. The Worker was making a customer's sandwich very, very slowly so i just ran to the food city next door and bought the toppings. I get home and go to eat the sandwich and the bread is hard as a rock. I check the other 2 sandwiches and they were the same way. Had to microwave them just to be able to eat them. Disappointing since we just wanted cold turkey, ham, and roast beef subs. Every experience at this location get worse and worse. Tried to call multiple times over the next 3 hours to make a complaint and no one ever answered the phone

I've been a regular lunch customer of this Subway for many months. No more! Yesterday, I tried to promote efficiency and save time by paying for my meal before it arrived at the cashier's position. Seemed like a good idea since the cashier had nothing to do at the moment. When he refused to do that I posed several questions...none of which he answered. Instead, the two employees taking the orders and assembling sandwiches began chanting... almost in unison..."First come... first served. First come... first served!" My explanation that I didn't want to buck the line to receive my sandwich, but merely wanted to save time by paying fell on deaf ears... maybe because of the ever louder chanting. I was finally allowed to pay once my sandwich was in the hands of the cashier. But it doesn't end. As I was leaving the store, a customer thought he'd put in his "2 cents." I told him to mind his own business as the store manager entered the front area. Despite being ignorant as to what had previously transpired, she began yelling at me, too. Doubt that I'm alone in my frustration standing in a Subway line behind some customer pondering whether or not to have lettece on their sandwich. You'd think Subway employees would welcome any chance to speed up the line. Nah! They'd rather practice their chants!!

I placed and order and had to wait, I Paid for extra meat on my Philly steak sandwich and got literally slivers of meat on a foot long. The sandwich wasn’t toasted and warmed like I asked. Cookies were hard as well. This location just needs to go ahead and shut down I’ve tried on and off for many years to give this location a chance thinking the workers could read orders but they never do.

We ordered on line and the did not even start our food till ten mins after it was to be done. People who walked in when I did got service befor our food was made. Why offer on line if you can't be close to pick up time

Only order online. If you go in the store to order they don't acknowledge you, and make it seem like you are doing them a disservice by being there. They need more than one employee at a time, I'm really sorry you all hate your job there.

Last time I order from this location. Ordered 2 subs, one with double everything and the other a different type and barely got any meat on the regular and less meat on the double. Guess I payed $4 for extra plane bread

Sandwiches keep getting worse. Absolutely ridiculous they still don't have a toaster oven. High prices and don't participate in Subway deals. Ridiculous!!!

They cancelled my order and couldn't even manage 12 minutes from there own restaurant I will not be ordering from here ever again and on top of that I don't even know if I'll get a refund for the 60$ in food I just spent and I waited a whole hour for nothing.

As I write this review, Google says you are open for business. There was a lady there at 5:30, but the door was locked. I knocked on the door. They didn't even look up. This is why your franchise is failing.

They were out of the foot long cookie. ?. We ordered 2 different foot long sandwiches and both of them were really good. The 2 people up front were friendly and outgoing & new what they doing. We definitely be going back. Hopefully they will have the cookie back
