Came through the drive thru and made the same order that I always make when I come in there and tonight, they tell me they can't do it that way. And when I say, well, they always make it that way for me, the manager on duty for screams not tonight and not on my shift, if that's how you're going to be treating your customers, you definitely do not need to be a manager and you definitely do not need to work in customer service. You were very unprofessional and very rude from someone who has worked in the fast food industry and has compassion and a listening ear for people that work in the restaurant business.You were absolutely ridiculous.

Instead of giving me two quesadillas, they give us three burritos and instead of a two piece chicken meal they gave me 2 tenders if I could give a half star I would. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!

I ordered a luxe box and I had let them know I just wanted beans on my burrito no meat at all. When I got my burrito it did in fact have meat on it. I am not supposed to have beef at all. I was very disappointed.
