Just ate here tonight, and the food was fabulous! I had scallops with brussel sprouts and mushroom risotto. The scallops were grilled, tender and flavorful with a light lemony sauce. The brussel sprouts were roasted and glazed in a spicy slightly sweet sauce. The mushroom risotto was creamy and delicious. My husband had steak and grilled shrimp, the steak was so tender it could be cut with a fork, it was flavorful and juicy. The shrimp was perfectly grilled and served with green greens and wonderfully whipped mashed potatoes. Would highly recommend for seafood or steak.

We went to Z Fish House last night with a group from Tellico Village. The food and the service were excellent. I had the clam chowder and jambalaya, and ended up taking half of it home. My wife had the fried shrimp and loved it. The portions are big. You won't go away hungry. This is a restaurant we will be going back to again and again.

We had the opportunity to visit Z Fish House last evening and had a marvelous meal. The fried oysters were flavorful and the batter was light and flakey. The serving was so large, that I took a couple home with me, along with the hush puppies and slaw. Great meal! My wife had the grilled scallops, risotto and green beans. She has ordered this dish before and it seems to get better every time. Our server, Mariah, was a delight. Her welcoming spirit and attention to detail was perfect - always checking on us but not intrusive. She helped to make the evening a #1 experience! If you haven't tried this little gem of a restaurant, you are missing one of the joys that the culinary world has to offer.

After seeing your episode on Restaurant Impossible we just had to stop we and just want to say that the food was absolutely OUTSTANDING to say the least. We had us and my parents and it was the most fantastic food we have had in a very long time. The shrimp and grits and the chowders were so beautifully seasoned and the staff was so pleasant. We will def be back :) I can't thank you enough for such a wonderful meal.

We had a fantastic meal at Z Fish House this evening. Calamari was delicious, and every part of our meal was wonderful. Service was great and we will definitely be returning. We moved from Louisiana, and have to say it was the best seafood we’ve had in the two years we’ve lived here!

Staying at the Tennessee Valley Winery in our RV ( Harvest Host) and drove to Loudon for dinner. Interesting since this is a restaurant impossible study! The service is amazing and the ladies serving are so well trained. Greeted when you walk in, more than pleasant, great table service always asking if you need anything … just right. Excellent! I went for the special grouper that came with rice and corn. I can see the Robert Irvine influence with mango bits in the rice and spices in the corn. My fish was beautifully prepared … sautéed…however, I expected a bit more seasoning on the fish and rice. They were on the bland side for my tastes. That said, we would definitely go back. Would try the fried shrimp and hush puppies next time. My husband had the fish blackened and thought it was nicely spiced.

I've eaten at a number of really good seafood restaurants, and I'm pleased to say that Z Fish House is definitely one of them. The entire staff was very welcoming. Our server, Katey, was a total delight. I ordered a cup of lobster bisque, which was incredibly flavorful. For the main dish, I had fried shrimp, coleslaw, fries, and hushpuppies. Everything was excellent. I would highly recommend Z Fish House without hesitation to anyone looking for a fantastic all-around seafood dining experience.

We ate here for the first time. A friend reccomended it. It was a nice setting with friendly service. I’m bad with names but the lady we encountered when we came in wearing the dress was so nice An helpful on explaining things that was on the menu. I had some question about the dishes. I’m a very picky eater. I had the herb chicken with corn hash An mashed potatoes. My son ordered coconut shrimp with fries instead of the sides that came with it. My bf ordered the seafood dip. He loved it had a smoked flavor An made with 3 different fish. Our server was so nice to. Cudos to the chef who done a great job. Food came quicker then we expected witg huge portions.
