Hours of operation state they are open Saturdays 10 am -4 pm. We showed up at 3 pm after driving an hour from Huntsville to try their pies and it was not open. Asked a local business nearby what was going on and they said it’s common. I guess if you want to leave your business when you want to you shouldn’t advertise it as open until 4 pm.

This was our 1st visit. We'd seen this place on TV. When we walked in, the staff seemed a little distracted and unorganized. My wife ordered a lemon fried pie. I ordered a peach fried pie with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. When my wife cut into her pie it was mostly air. It wasn't until she got to the end of it that she found about a tablespoon and a half of filling. It was very disappointing. She said what little filling was in there was good and that the pie crust was good. I dug into my peach pie. There was more filling in my pie but it was not what I expected. The filling was a dark orange and tasted more like apricot. I didn't care for it. The crust was good and so was the ice cream. We had planned to take some pies home to our friends but after our experience we decided to pass on that idea.

Great pies! Staff is very nice and hard working. They worked tirelessly to feed multiple pies to our tour bus full of people. You definitely should try this fun little store if you are visiting Lynnville, TN.
