They need to do something about the atmosphere of all these fast food options. Dreadful lighting. NO FIREPLACE! not so comfy seating. I need a recliner. Chicken biscuits are on point tho.

Waited for 40 mins for our order. Mind you it was 8pm. She said it would be 10 mins on the chicken tenders, staff were extremely rude when I went to door after 30 mins of waiting. 2 chicken strip meals took 40 mins. It's Ike this just about every visit. I'm so over the laziness and rudeness the company supports! Management never returned call from last visit we had with raw chicken! Ugh!!!!!!

The employee lied to me about not having any chicken tenders so she wouldn't have to do work. Black girl working the register at 12:40pm August 8 2024. She then walked out side to talk to some one hanging out on the side walk. She wasn't wearing a name tag and was rude and disrespectful.

The whole entire process was exceptional today. The order taker was patient while we ordered, she was extremely kind and when paying she was pleasant and had great manners. Once we arrived home & got ready to eat, the food was still hot & fresh. Our entire order was correct. Kudos to you all!

My order was not ready or given away prior. Was asked to pull up and wait and the young lady with glasses and red braids seemed to have an attitude. After waiting for 10 minutes for 2 sandwiches I called and got hung up on. Went inside after waiting and the attitude was still there with no apology. Never again!
