Came in to total chaos. Three young boys running around in lobby their coats and toys strewn all on lobby floor. At one point staning in lobby chairs with wash clothes loudly yelling back and forth. But it gets better crew yelling back and forth as well. After waiting 15 mins just to get our order taken at the counter we really should have walked out. No apologies, excuses, compensation. Was told my husband's chicken would take 6 mins to cook. The food itself was great but they really need to get it together. We were not the only ones waiting either.

First off I would like to preface my review with this; I am not a chicken person, it is something I eat on occasion. But Bojangles? Oh they have good chicken, it is juicy and tender. The batter and the chicken are both seasoned exceptionaly well, their biscuits are wonderfully fluffy and buttery with the right amount of salt. The sweet tea is by far the best you will buy out of a fast food place. It isn't overly sweet and hasn't been left out all day to where it gets that sickly taste to it, you know the taste. Want my feccomendation? Get a 4 piece box with sauce, fries, a biscuit and dirty rice. If you don't like it, give it here I will eat it.
This was my first time visiting the restaurant. Every time I visit out of town, I visit a restaurant I have never heard of. The food was fresh hot and delicious!!🤤 We dined in. Everyone was very friendly! If I’m back in the area, I will most definitely visit again!! We ate the 2 piece wing/breast, Mac n cheese, dirty rice, kids meal with the tenders Mac n cheese. I had the peach cobbler for dessert. Thank you!

Made the order for 3 people. They said 7 minutes wait and asked us to pull up. Sat there at least 30 and a girl comes to the car with a small bag and 1 order in it. Order was wrong and when I said what about the other 2 she said what were they and she said wait a minute. Followed her in the store and had to wait 10 more minutes for them to make it. When I asked what happened she said the girl took our order and went on break. I looked at the computer screen in the back and said they come up on the screen don't they. She lost it, lie after lie now. I walked out. Fries had to be made that morning and the biscuits were soggy. Don't know if someone spit on them or not. Will not go back!!

I gotta say, I think the chicken here may just be better than KFC, and the fact that they have that really yummy buttermilk biscuit type thing for everyone of their sandwich combos as a huge win for me, reminds me of my mom‘s buttermilk biscuits with sausage gravy and cheese growing up, almost as good as that ;)
The people here were super friendly and were careful to make sure they had their order right after we had sat down. Also, of course, my pianist and producer brain is going to say this, but they also have great taste in music for the radio station they play here.
Oh, and the guy who took our order, also went out of his way to tell us that they try to lock the doors right when they close to keep homeless people from coming in and “shootin’ up in the bathroom” lol, which is relieving compared to the grungy looking and unsavory service from some of the fast food places closer to the 65 and Dickerson.
We will definitely be back, I highly recommend this place even over some of the fast food places closer to where we live.

BoJangles is one of my Favorite fast-food chicken spots. Can't go wrong with the chicken sandwich and Bo-rounds. Most Bojangles tend to over season the fries, so I dont order them anymore.
