Poor quantity with the food half my order was burnt they was really cheap on the amount of food and up charge on the food nice people but horrible prices and especially for the amount of food given

You don’t want to eat here this place will give you worms and recently this establishment was found to have rabbits !!!!!!!!!!! Shut this place down it’s not up to standard, rabbit they planned to cook got lose ran around the whole store scare all the customers

The whole order was awful. Look at the burned boneless crunchy ribs. The chicken was also hard and not fresh and rice was dry. Even the egg roll was bad..tasted old!!

We got there with minutes before they closed, but they said not to worry. Just not to order anything crazy big so they could finish with the end of shift routine. The food was what you'd expect from any Chinese buffet. It's good, but it taste like all the other options. The price was good. The service was excellent. They could have just said no more orders.

But you guys went that extra step and made a couple people happy. I don't see where I'm complaining about any of it.

Most definitely consistently the best Chinese food around in Nashville and Madison Rivergate area. I've been eating here well over 10 years and they have always had good food. Delicious And fresh. We like the sesame chicken and the beef and broccoli and general tso chicken. The crab Rangoon here is my favorite in the world. !!!! Thanks China Bell, y'all are awesome ? ? ? ? ?

Eggroll was Cabbage only, no meat or ?. Plus it wasn't fresh. Friday got a Lunch Special, gave her a 20 bucks for her to give me 6.30 back only noticed after I was home on way to pick child up. Went back to in to complain bout the short change. First she acted like she was going to count the whole drawer down. I said and you didn't give me a receipt to even show me what you put In the register. Then she proceeded to give the difference and said was intentional. Maybe this was an accident or maybe only on cash purchases. But my vibes feel like she makes her tips this way. She did apologize dnt think it was genuine. I'm just saying.

We have been going to the bell for 20 years. We went there Sunday. Got 2 hot-n-sour soups, 1 chicken lomein, and 1 srimp lomein. I ask the girl if there were vegetables in the lomein, she said yes. Got home, the vegetables turned out to be toothpick size slivers of carrots. That's it. The lomein had 9 or 10 little pieces of chicken, the other had 9 or 10 little pieces of shrimp. 30 freaking dollars. What a rip!!!!!!. I could have gotten almost 3 adult meals at the buffet in Hendersonville for that price. No More China Bell. You just lost another customer. What happened to you?

I ordered via Door Dash. Drove from my city into Nashville for pick up....to find although paid through Doordash...their Doordash machine was broke. I was able to get refund. Hopefully...there will be a way to let customers know when orders have not been received. Versus system giving pickup time and processing money. (Not a China Bell problem just inconvenient.

Had our food delivered they give us baby portions for 35 dollars I could have ordered from China Cottage and received a lot more food for my money and the food wasn't good at all with the.baby portion even the chicken was real little for babies never again not my money

This place is HORRIBLE! The owner has a disgusting attitude and I will not EVER be coming back to this place. Everyone in the establishment, including the police that were involved agreed that he is an absolute jerk. Do not spend your money here!

Kid-friendliness: The owner was a jerk to my kids and accused them of destroying his bathroom when it was done by one of his employees!
