Stops answering their phone at 9:30 because they close at 10. Very unprofessional and rude.
Place used to be just okay. Nothing great but was decent in a pinch. Ordered today and had delivered, everything was terrible. General Tsos was over cooked and sauce was thick and seemed to be added after the fact, egg rolls no good, shrimp fried rice mediocre at best. Iām sure the smartass owner will have something to say, but looking at reviews I think the owner is the problem. Go elsewhere for decent food.

China Bell use to be a decent Chinese restaurant to get food from. However, their food quality and customer service satisfactory has declined tremendously. The food is over cooked or fried. When purchasing foods with sauces (sweet and sour chicken w/sweet and sour sauce) they will not fill the very small container cups to the top, only half way with the sauce. Who can enjoy sweet and sour chicken with a very small half filled cup of sauce? When you ask for additional sauce, you have to pay extra. Their manager is cheap. The customer services is not the best. Please, everybody raise concern and questions in hopes they will fix and make their services to the public better.

Ordered here on uber eats since the other Chinese restaurant in Madison was closed. Big mistake the food wasnāt very good, it was pretty expensive, and small portions. I wouldnāt recommend

Couple years ago I would eat here regularly. Went back for the first time in a very long time and rice tasted like grease was poured on it. Egg roll wasn't great either.

The Tokyo Fried Chicken is heavenly. The Mongolian beef is really good. The rest of the food is great, as well. Very diverse for selection. All of the food comes out piping hot and looks the way it does in the pictures, which are conveniently placed on the wall by the front counter for reference. Nice touch. Definitely stop in when on this side of town.
