portions are awful, service even worse. i swear they just hire anyone.

Worst location ever. Sucks I can’t even go to my local chipotle because of how awful my past several experiences have been. Everyone that works here has an attitude, they act like the food comes out of their paychecks, I could go on and on. Avoid this location at all costs. Take the extra 15 minutes and go to Hendersonville

My quesadilla came out and wasn’t even grilled, cheese was cold and there was 2 teaspoons full of chicken. Absolutely ridiculous

Terrible customer service, very bitter as if ordering food was free.

First of all this establishment doesn't have know how to operate efficiently and with order.The tall blondish manager or wanna be manager needs an attitude adjustment. I saw her verbally reprimand and and speak to another employee in a rude and condescending way. I'm waiting on an delivery order and she looks at me and says she made that order 3 times and I said y'all must of gave it to the wrong person. She said I was rude and refused to give me the order. Looking at the reviews there are multiple negative reviews just about her.Chipoltle how do you continue to let someone who is disrespectful to staff and customers alike continue to work there? Have you seen your ratings for this location?

I've been to several Chipotle Mexican Grill throughout the US and this location is just OK. Not my typical go to spots but when I do travel I tend to stop by Chipotle to grab some rice bowls with chicken. The portion served at this location was less than what I typically get at other locations. The grilled chicken I ordered could hardly be found in the bowl.

I have autism and i went in to order today after work. the girl who was serving the salsas was extremely rude. When one of her peers tried to correct her she kept talking over them saying “period” I struggle going into places to order because of the fast pace and loud environment I waited til it was empty. Kindness goes a long way clearly it’s lost at this store.

I love Chipotle when the floor, and tables are clean, the trash bins are regularly taken out, the entrance is also clean and the personnel know thier menu. But this place lacks the above.

The Honey Chipotle Chicken would be a great product but the chicken always seems chewy and fatty.
