I went to 7Brew today and they gave me a drink with cream that was curdled. I came to my usual dutch bros just to buy a different drink, and they asked about my 7brew drink i was throwing away. They gave me a free drink and a cute little drink float for a pool! They were so kind and caring and now they have a customer for life!

Dutch Bros is my new favorite coffee spot! I used to go to Starbucks all the time (there wasn’t a Dutch Bros in Miami), but after trying their coffee, Starbucks has officially been bumped to second place. The coffee is just that good — bold, smooth, and full of flavor.
The menu is one big YES. They have so many unique combinations you won’t find anywhere else. Big kudos for the 9-1-1 coffee — it’s my go-to on low-energy days and never lets me down.
And the service? Top-notch. Everyone is super friendly and helpful. One time I accidentally ordered at the wrong location, and they quickly fixed it for me, saving me a 10-minute drive. That kind of service really makes a difference.

Got the white chocolate freeze with soft top and like my daughter said, it was “too good”! Can’t wait to go back and try more! The best frapp I’ve had. Plus the employees were being nice, helpful, & actually seemed to be excited to be at work.
Edited to add, they don’t charge you for ice, like some others do. These 2 drinks (peach iced matcha and dulce de leche breve) were the same price! Pleeasssse bring back the educator discount!

Adriana is the best! I came here at 3 am and she was so sweet and helpful, she assured me that oat milk definitely tastes good with hot coco and whipped it up so fast! I came to this location recently on the day you guys handed out bracelets, had no idea i was going to get them but Dominic helped me and was so sweet too! Shoutout Dominic and Adriana!!!

The individual that waited on us was fantastic! She was full of energy and enthusiasm and made us feel extremely welcome! It was a little slow when we were there, but I think it was merely because they appeared only to have two on staff at the moment and may have been during a break period. Nonetheless, the service was great! Our drinks were made fresh and exactly as we ordered.
Another thing I truly appreciate is that Dutch Bros stays open later for those that want coffee after 8 PM. All other competitors close by 8 or 9 so the fact that they are open later is awesome!

It was my first visit. Did drive thru which was packed (New Year's Eve)but moved fast. I got the peppermint cold brew. It was really good but I expected my more crushed peppermint on the foam. I didn't even taste it or know it was there but my husband said it was. So that was disappointing but the drink was good and they have a lot of options. I would definitely try again.

This is the worst location of all the Middle Tennessee Dutch Bros. Employees are nice, but there is no consistency to drinks like other locations. Clearly free pouring and instead of the standard 2 oz (I think?) of cream, it's looks like a Starbucks drink. Waaaaay too milky. So much ice, there's hardly any drink so I had to start asking for easy ice. Ask for extra flavor evetu time, don't receive it. Ordered two similar drinks this last visit but one with light cream, they made them both the same. After 4-5 times, I stopped going when working in town. I don't have this problem at any other Dutch Bros.

Look, I've been to Dutch Bros all over the US. WA, OR, CA, UT, ID, AZ, TX, KY, and another location in TN. This location the lady working Sat, Sept 28th at 2030- needs to work on her customer service. Never have I've had horrible service at DB. This was a first. I get if you're having a bad day or whatever, but doesn't mean you should give an attitude and be rude! Wouldve tipped despite the lack of customer service, but apparently I was supposed to ask for my receipt afrer paying....
