The individual that waited on us was fantastic! She was full of energy and enthusiasm and made us feel extremely welcome! It was a little slow when we were there, but I think it was merely because they appeared only to have two on staff at the moment and may have been during a break period. Nonetheless, the service was great! Our drinks were made fresh and exactly as we ordered.
Another thing I truly appreciate is that Dutch Bros stays open later for those that want coffee after 8 PM. All other competitors close by 8 or 9 so the fact that they are open later is awesome!

It was my first visit. Did drive thru which was packed (New Year's Eve)but moved fast. I got the peppermint cold brew. It was really good but I expected my more crushed peppermint on the foam. I didn't even taste it or know it was there but my husband said it was. So that was disappointing but the drink was good and they have a lot of options. I would definitely try again.

This is the worst location of all the Middle Tennessee Dutch Bros. Employees are nice, but there is no consistency to drinks like other locations. Clearly free pouring and instead of the standard 2 oz (I think?) of cream, it's looks like a Starbucks drink. Waaaaay too milky. So much ice, there's hardly any drink so I had to start asking for easy ice. Ask for extra flavor evetu time, don't receive it. Ordered two similar drinks this last visit but one with light cream, they made them both the same. After 4-5 times, I stopped going when working in town. I don't have this problem at any other Dutch Bros.

Look, I've been to Dutch Bros all over the US. WA, OR, CA, UT, ID, AZ, TX, KY, and another location in TN. This location the lady working Sat, Sept 28th at 2030- needs to work on her customer service. Never have I've had horrible service at DB. This was a first. I get if you're having a bad day or whatever, but doesn't mean you should give an attitude and be rude! Wouldve tipped despite the lack of customer service, but apparently I was supposed to ask for my receipt afrer paying....

Move over Starbucks. First time trying them and was very skeptical. I have worked in a coffee shop and managed others for over ten years and have very high expectations of what good coffee is. I was only going to use my espresso machine, pour over, and other coffee contraptions, but gave this location a try because hadn’t tried it before. Their cold brew is fantastic. Their crew is similar to old school Starbucks when they use to try on customer service; very friendly group. And they’re fast and efficient. Very good first impressions ( I gone now 5 or so times ) and they are going strong in their 5 stars.
The their annihilator if you like Frappuccino’s. ( which i hate, but I liked this drink )
Dietary restrictions: Oat milk is great here
Kid-friendliness: If your kid likes coffee, they will make them a drink
