Delicious coffee I had a gift card given to me I usually do Starbucks but Dutch Brothers I would totally definitely go for them every morning but Starbucks is super fast so usually I can only go there for that only reason I love Dutch Brothers If they were able to get some more employees in there which is not their fault just saying but they can make it go faster I would definitely be stopping there instead! And it has nothing to do with them it's just my irresponsibility ADHD of waking up in the morning lol

I love Dutch bros but every single time I place an order online they never have it ready and I still have to wait 10+. But today was the worst I waited 35 mins!! After a girl told me it would take a few mins and nothing! I had to ask again about my drink I’m a pretty understanding person but that was way to long and to top it off the other girl gave me the wrong drink!! I was late to work and with a wrong drink I’m absolutely upset. I won’t be visiting this location anymore some of the employees always seem bothered you even ask for your order.

This review is coming from a retired barista. Dutch Bros is my absolutely favorite place to get coffee from. This location is my favorite Dutch Bros. Everyone always gives amazing customer service. There was one time where I was telling the barista taking my order about one of my dogs passing away and how this is my first pup cup without her. Her response was absolutely amazing and she gave me a drink on the house. It absolutely made my day and there’s been several other stories where the Baristas have absolutely made my day better or gave it a great start. The gentleman who took my order was absolutely lovely and really helped give this Friday a great start.
I had the sweetest most precious lady ever at the rivergate location! Her name was Kelsey! She was truly the best! The best personality, spirit, and just soul! You can tell she’s dedicated with her job and that’s all a customer could ask for! She accommodated for me and not only that she made my day truly! Give her a raise! Thank you so much Ms. Kelsey! You’re the best!
