The individual that waited on us was fantastic! She was full of energy and enthusiasm and made us feel extremely welcome! It was a little slow when we were there, but I think it was merely because they appeared only to have two on staff at the moment and may have been during a break period. Nonetheless, the service was great! Our drinks were made fresh and exactly as we ordered.

It was my first visit. Did drive thru which was packed (New Year's Eve)but moved fast. I got the peppermint cold brew. It was really good but I expected my more crushed peppermint on the foam. I didn't even taste it or know it was there but my husband said it was. So that was disappointing but the drink was good and they have a lot of options. I would definitely try again.

Look, I've been to Dutch Bros all over the US. WA, OR, CA, UT, ID, AZ, TX, KY, and another location in TN. This location the lady working Sat, Sept 28th at 2030- needs to work on her customer service. Never have I've had horrible service at DB. This was a first. I get if you're having a bad day or whatever, but doesn't mean you should give an attitude and be rude! Wouldve tipped despite the lack of customer service, but apparently I was supposed to ask for...
