The owner drops offs the food already cooked and places them in heating trays for 8hours plus every single morning... also the restaurant has had numerous š problems... finaly if you pay attention, the vent hoods looks like it hasn't been cleaned since it opened... I used to love this food but quickly realized health and cleanliness is more important than getting food poisoning...

First things first: person upfront was very friendly. Gyro wrap is generous size. Beef shawarma is lamb not beef. Grape leaves are delicious. Prices very competitive. I will go back to try the falafel platter.

I am actively searching for a good Gyro spot near where I live in Goodlettsville but so far I have not found the right one. Greek Style Gyro is located behind Olive Garden on Gallatin Pike in what I consider to be Madison. The one time I visited, I got take out consisting of a Philly Steak Sandwich and a Gyro. The guy who prepared the food was very nice, friendly, and accommodating, and he prepared the items exactly as ordered. My wife liked her steak sandwich; nothing special but not bad either. My Gyro on the other hand didn't cut it. The meat is not cut from the big, rotating loaf the way it should be. All the meat had been pre-cut and stored so it wasn't cut freshly. The made the meat very dry and chewier than normal. The pieces were very small like the meat had been chopped up, when the meat should mostly be in long strips. Unfortunately, Greek Style Gyro won't be my go-to spot for good Gyros and the search will continue.

Place is dirty to start orderd a combo plate asked for meat and chicken to be just separated they smiled and mixed it all up and kept asking if I wanted other things thrown in I had to tell them repeatedly. Got the food home and I don't think you could cook a piece of chicken more than they did I only went there because the other gyro place was closed so I just wasted 13 bucks happy 4th! Don't go here
Tried this spot because they said it was Chicago style. Ordered the kids gyro dinner. UMMMMM, 1st of all, NOT like Chicago at all! NO pita came with it. Just a few pieces of meat and a plethora of fries. Don't put Chicago's name on it if u don't know about it Tennessee!! NO repeat for me!
