They suck Do not recommend this place at ALLLLLLL!!! They charged me for a catfish sandwich only gave me 1 price of fish but charged normal price and told me when they have enough they give two!!!!! I will continued to go to Jefferson street PERIOD

Delicious! Great flavor and heat. Classic hot chicken and tenders were great size. And the bread had all that flavor from the hot chicken grease ? Definitely coming back soon! He hooked it up.

I've had the chicken at the Jefferson location numerous times. Each and every time it was great service and really good chicken. One time, poor planning on my part, I showed up for lunch, and both TSU and Fisk had what appeared to be Freshman orientation. Still great service and food. Tried the Rivergate location. Food was not spicy, tables and floor filthy, and I was treated very rudely. I will NEVER return, that's how bad it was.

In the past it was 4 or 5 stars. The last 3 times I ordered from the app. Everything went fine. Then about 5 minutes later the order was canceled. I don't know what is going on?

Typically when you order curbside and tip, they bring it out to your car. No one ever brought my food out. So I go inside. Girl at the counter was extremely unfriendly. Drink machine didn’t even have any ice. Out of cherry pepsi which wasn’t that big of a deal. Tried this place out bc I heard great things. Fries are soggy along with the fried okra. Chicken is also chewy. I’ll stick to going to slow burn and bjs hot chicken in Hendersonville.

My son had eaten here several times and he loved it. So, we decided to give it a try. We got 24 chicken wings and 2 orders of gizzards. Wow! Really flavorful and juicy! After years of trying to find good wings,(and gizzards) Helen's nailed it! Just wish we had found it sooner. We will be back.

The service was horrible. The staff were not friendly. They acted like it was a problem to give us extra napkins, they didn't have any ranch dressing. They started sweeping up the floor while we were still eating our food, and shut down the kitchen. I felt as if they were rushing us out of and it was not even 6 pm. They were not supposed to close until 7 pm. This was very rude. I would not recommend this location at all.

The service was horrible. Why you drain the oil from my chicken on my bread. The bread is no longer eatable. The ladies wash room is out of order. I'll notify the health department, no need to thank me. We sitting and eating and she start sweeping the floor. After sweeping the floor she proceeded to pour bleach on the floor, industry bleach. The smell was so harsh we had to leave. We spent upward 90 dollar to enjoy dinner with 2 friend. Just no I got a truck, and gas Jefferson location is not far from you. She closed at 6pm and turn away 6 people while we were finishing up. So you lost 1 hour of business.. Who sell chicken and out of ranch dressing?
First time at this location. (AMBIANCE) Walk in look at the menu on the wall and decide if you want chicken or fish. They have an music box playing r&b music. 2 bathrooms but only the men's bathroom is available. Paper towel machine don't work and it smells awful. (SERVICE) On this particular day the cashier (Rokeya) is not on her best day. She's coming across as though she don't want to be here and that Customers are getting on her last nerve. Since I been here she's argued with 2 customers about their orders! FOOD Chicken is on the salty side. Gizzards weren't cooked long enough and my leg quarter was tough. The baked beans and Cole slaw were so-so. The cook could use some lessons.I rarely if ever give a unsatisfied review but this was not worth $35 bucks.

We visited Nashville for the 1st time and wanted hot chicken but also where the locals would go. Such a treat that the menu had all the standards but also lobster options. The staff was great and friendly. Would def revisit.

Terrible Terrible ! Do not waste your time or money going to this place. The girl at counter had a bad bad attitude , just nasty. I didn’t receive anything on the menu that I originally requested. I should have left immediately . You can’t get a refund once ordered .
