I asked for my wings to be fried hard they were not . The were under cooked even and the tasted raw . I had to air fry them at home to get some type of satisfaction. Unacceptable especially for the amount I paid.

There’s a reason they only have an average of 2.5 stars.!!!Here’s my contribution.Ordered 16 wings - received 8.Door Dash app stated it would not refund the missing items. I called the store, they said DoorDash had to refund it and did not offer to send out the missing wings, then put me on hold then hung up.Called DoorDash and was again told they would not refund the missing part of my order.This is theft.This is criminal and unacceptable.Somebody needs to take responsibility for messing up, instead they just pass the buck back and forth.Their wings aren't good enough to justify putting this much effort into getting a refund for items I never received.Terrible customer service.

Wings were soggy like they weren’t done. Ranch was watery
I figured this would be a “safe” buy since I’ve had this in other states but this location is a no for me. The wings are extremely fatty and squishy. Even the white meat. It reminds me of Tyson pre-cooked bagged wings. The meat doesn’t pull apart like chicken normally would as it’s a bit translucent in color. I threw them in the air fryer thinking that would help but it didn’t help at all. This was by far the worst chicken I’ve had to date.
