I love their fried fish! The two piece combo is a great deal, perfect to fill up a big guy, with fries and a bottled drink included.

This place was awful. I did an online order. I drove quite a distance as well. Got the only to find that it was not fresh. The seafood was so tough you could not get any of the meat out. The boil had absolutely no flavor. They also left out 1/2 a pound of shrimp. When I called to let them know all this. All the staff could staff is ..” I sorry me don’t understand there is nothing me can do.” Horrible food. Horrible service. Expensive and not worth the price you pay. I will never revisit this location again. Publix has better bags than this place.

Ordered steak & shrimp and side of broccoli the steak prices were so small (smaller than a sugar cube ) and so overcooked the shrimp were so over cooked they were like dry rubber
The broccoli was a generous portion but again overcooked to mush..I'm so disappointed...the only thing I ate was the egg roll ..I'm going to call and see if I can return the food as I said I couldn't eat it (it was delivered on time by door dash on time)

I wrote an honest review about an order purchased back in January. I have just now read the business’ response back. I am laughing at the fact that this establishment would even try to make it seem like I would tamper with the food in anyway. The said worm/parasite was in the seafood boil BAG and I discovered it on top of one of the sausages. By the time I discovered it I was almost done with the food and sick to my stomach.

It seems as if leaving a Google review is the only way to get businesses to take customer service seriously. I did receive a refund but it was after some back and forth. Had I received it once I initially asked and provided proof of the disgusting food I would not have left such a bad review.

I do not believe this to be a first occurrence as I have always heard mixed reviews about the Juicy Seafood brand. I do encourage external oversight and I should have called the health department. I made a post on Facebook too that had over 500 shares just so everyone could be aware.

The Google review was honest and in no way misleading. I suggest this establishment use their funds for “legal action” towards better health practices and ensuring excellent customer service. I do not feel bad for my review negatively impacting this business because you all chose to be in the food business where health should be prioritized first.

I see the response to my review as very telling and lacking of full accountability. I wouldn’t get a cup of water from this establishment.

They messed up my order and the manager took off, but told me not to come back. Her name is Michelle. I take my family there every Friday and spend at least $112 a week. That's there loss.

The Seafood Combo Special is a flavor explosion! Fresh crab, shrimp, and corn with Ocarte Butter sauce—so juicy and perfectly spiced. A must-visit in Madison!

I’ve been visiting here for over a year, and the quality remains consistently high. They offer a variety of options to choose from. The Hibachi Jumbo Shrimp is excellent, with great quality and satisfying portions. The waiter is always attentive whenever we visit. The atmosphere feels spacious, with plenty of seating available.

Such an amazing place for a damn good seafood !! Make sure you arrive hungry, or you’ll end up taking leftovers home! I really enjoy the option to make your own combo. Everything was incredibly flavorful!!! I also love that it includes potatoes, corn, and sausage!

I got the E Combo and my boyfriend got the A Combo. It was incredibly satisfying to put in a little effort to enjoy the delicious crab, which was also a great value.
