If I could give a zero star rating I would. Every time I go to this KFC location it’s always a horrible experience whether it be the food having something wrong with it or missing part of my order or if it’s the rude staff members especially the little lady who was working today and was at the drive thru window she was rude as can be and she has completely ruined my whole night for me.

This location is a POS! Every time for the last year that I have decided to give them another chance, they are either out of multiple items…. At times including chicken, or they get my delivery order completely wrong. Tonight, I only got half of what o ordered and paid for and what did arrive was cold. It was not the Door Dash driver’s fault. I tracked her and she came straight to my house. That means the food was sent out cold. I am done with this location. Go across the street to Kennedy Fried Chicken. The food and service are 100 times better.

Waited 45 min for my 2 chicken tenders dinner after the young man told me tenders are ready and it would only be few minutes, I watched people walk in, order, get there food and leave as I waited . Drive thru traffic was moving along too as I waited. I got home and of course order was missing all my biscuits. I have never had such a horrible experience in my life. I will not be visiting your location any time soon.

The food and the service was just awful I ordered the check classic chicken wrap and it was like a wrap burrito dried out lettuce was weathered. Chicken was not fresh. And to top it all I had to pull down and wait an additional 10 minutes and none of my food was fresh. I had to repeat my order three times and it still got messed up

Every time I come here, they're out of [insert fried chicken item here]. Every. Time.
Doesn't matter what hour of the day or day of the week it is, they say "it'll be a 12 minute wait". 2 stars because at least they're friendly.
Got food from there for the first time order was wrong and they couldn't even get it right the second time and argue about you not talking to the manager.
I went through the drive thru 1 of my order was the twister spicy love those but when I got home it wasn't spicy it was the original that was ok I'll stick with the spicy

Got order to go, food was hot and fresh, they had a clean bathroom and 2 people who waited on us were very nice and helpful. Definitely would go there again!

I was looking at the prices for the food and thought about getting a full meal and giving it to a couple of people sitting on the ground outside of the restaurant doors. Then 2 young male trouble makers entered the restaurant and the cashier immediately said to them that they should pretty much don't cause a problem. I asked them as I was in a uniform as a retired law enforcement officer if they wanted them gone and they said yes. I immediately turned around and instructed them to leave the restaurant and they were not welcome there. The store did have around 7 other customers, with one of them a hugely famous country music star. After getting the 2 outside and gone I started the order. I asked for a 8 piece box original with mashed potato and gravy and the Mac n cheese. Then the total told to me was devastating. Almost $30. The biggest thing with this was I just assisted the employee so that these 2 guys they wanted gone were gone. Then I wasn't even offered a discount on my order. I didn't say anything about getting the hoodlums out but told them to call the police for trespassing and the cashier had the nerve to ask me for a business card and my number if they had more troubles. I ended up getting a individual size mashed potato and gravy and a Mac n cheese. The total was $5.22, I gave $5.27 so I could get a nickel back and the cashier had the nerve to ask me if I wanted my change. I was flabbergasted with the comments. This happened Friday evening around 6:20 PM at the 415 Gallatin Road North location in Madison, TN.

This location is always empty. Their food is the worst. I tried again thinking maybe they have gotten better,but oh no the chicken meat was so dark. The fries were precooked,they dropped them back in the grease to make them hot. They were so hard and dark almost burnt. The employees are terrible.
