This location is always empty. Their food is the worst. I tried again thinking maybe they have gotten better,but oh no the chicken meat was so dark. The fries were precooked,they dropped them back in the grease to make them hot. They were so hard and dark almost burnt. The employees are terrible.

13 minutes in drive thru for chicken wrap !!! Have a picture but it won't upload, not only was I only car there this whole time my wrap was cold and mangled up and the chicken was hard....disgusting

We went through the drive-through and got an eight piece with mashed potatoes, green beans and biscuits. It’s been years since we had KFC and let me tell you it was delicious.! We pulled up and waiting on fresh chicken and it was worth the wait friendly service too!

The food was hot no problem there me and my friend were the only two that were dining in 90% of the tables were dirty look like a hadn't been cleaned and quite some time. We felt they had plenty of staff that could have took care of this problem also it took too much time to get our order especially after three people came in got there to go orders and left and I can see why if you just looked at the tables if you want people to eat inside this should be a priorityWheelchair accessibility: They did have wheelchair accessibility I have handicap rear view card

No polite customer service whatsoever! Don't expect good service from this ghetto location. Food is alright at some times. Go to the next KFC! It's time to replace this location with a new business!

Our food was great. The service was great. But what was awful was the heat was broken. We asked how long it's been out, and they said its been off and on for months. Even during the summer, the AC would go in and out. And that's a shame. A billion dollar company doesn't keep it heated and cold for their workers.

Had I known the type of service and poor food quality, I would have rather eaten the crumbs from my cup holder. Unless the owners have a ppp loan, there needs to be a urgently hiring sign out with balloons and flashing lights! I gave one star but if I could give a tiny little piece of a star I definitely would have. Take my advice and go get some chips from the gas station.

This restaurant needs to be shut down immediately!!!! The customer service is HORRIBLE. Workers are very rude, mean, and nasty to customers. They act like they don't want to be there at all. New management may not even help this restaurant given all of the negative reviews. I definitely will never patronize this place EVER AGAIN! No wonder why it's always empty when you ride past this location. Just shut down already and make room for restaurants who actually care about their business & customers!

Ok the manager named sam on the phone with his employees !another manager, refuse to give us our refund because she say we disrespected her!its our money long story short SAM IS ALLOWING THis TO HAPPEN so police was called and the employee swung on us so now theres a fight with Taylor port !!and still here waiting oh uea while waiting a ROACH POPPED HIS OUT!! No lie on top of customer service thank god for learning this establishments has COCKRAOCHES ??‍♂️

Order two pot pies takes 22 minutes to fix their made to order apparently so I spent $17 on two meals so that I could sit in the parking lot and wait till they were done the chicken sandwich was so difficult I couldn't even chew it the famous bowl that we got mashed potatoes were so runny with the entire thing looks absolutely disgusting. My friend ate it anyway because she was hungry I would not have touched it. No carbonation in the drinks no one in the dining room to help I had to ask for help from behind the counter. No one seemed to care. Very disappointed in this place. Usually when we go there the only thing they have is chicken on the bone. No chicken Littles or tenders. Fries were soggy. Staff did not care either way. What a waste of my money!

Horrible HORRIBLE service. I’ve never been served the way I was today at KFC.It took them 10 mins to even take my order and the girl came out rolling her eyes to do so.Went to use the restroom at the end but needed a PIN number to get in. Asked the manger and he gave it but said he thought someone was in there. Seeing my family was the only one I figured it was an employee. I was right. I could hear the same lady who took our order on the phone in the restroom. Never came out and my toddler was holding her pee. Ended up leaving bc she had to go so bad.Avoid. Avoid. Avoid!!!
