Snippy/snotty people at the counter. It was my first time there and the lady at the counter was very short with me when she told me I needed to go to the other end of the counter. When I talked to the lady at the cash register she was short with me when taking my son’s and my order. It sucks because I saw this place on the “Everywhere is Queer” website and I was really looking forward to going there. I also waited for my smoothie to come out only to find out that the order was never placed. Huge letdown.

Their hours of operation are wrong on Google. Showed up at 2 pm on a Friday and they are closed.

Whoever made my eggs today did not cook them all the way (they were cold in areas and I could taste that they were frozen), and my drip coffee was not hot. This place is hit or miss. Sometimes service is really slow, and it is depending on who is working that day. No nutritional information readily available for your foods or drinks.

Tasty coffee and a delicious breakfast sandwich. I love all the plants and the seating was set up nicely. Will definitely be back!

Parking: There are a few spots up front and another lot behind the building

Madtown came to the building where I work in Mt. Juliet for a pop cafe. Coffee was awesome. Freshly ground and prepared old style like it should be. But, let me tell ya, that "home made poptart" pastry was to die for! I want one every morning! Madtown, come rent a suite in our buidling so I can visit you daily!! Thanks for coming!

I have come to Madtown a few times by myself or with a friend as it's not far from my home. I have enjoyed spending time there and the atmosphere is great ! Coffee , Tea and pastries are yummy ! spent some time there recently chilling on the comfy sofa. It's a great place to chill alone or with friends. Lots of cool local artwork and games to play if you have a group.

Parking: parking in front can be a challenge but there is parking in the rear and on the side of the building that works out just fine.
