My in-laws were in town for Father's Day this past weekend and we decided to go out for lunch. My husband nor I had ever been to Pacifico's so we thought it would be a great day to do it! We walked in and you lady said they we're on a wait and motioned towards the couch for us to wait roughly twenty minutes. Shortly after we sat down that same lady came and shut the Open sign off, we joked that she hopes we don't have to leave, she laughed and replied "no, this is just for anyone new walking in". We we're relieved and continued looking over their enormous menu. After what seemed to be twenty minutes she walked back over to us and said that we we're going to have to leave because they were to short staffed and just couldn't serve us, so we left. Now that I've told me story, these are my thoughts/opinions:1. I've spent many years in the service industry and have never experienced asking customers to leave a restaurant because we are short staffed. I have been forced to tell my customers that we are short staffed so it might take some extra time to get their food.2. If I we're the manager and felt I had no other choice but to ask my customers (who I told could stay and be served) to leave, I would have given them a gift certificate to come back another day. To be honest, no matter what type of establishment it was I would have done that, just to show that I do want them to come back.I'm not saying this to get free food, but I do think it's very strange that neither of these things happened.I can't speak for their food because we didn't get a chance to try it, but I do know that if you go, make sure they have enough staff before you wait.

Great staff, great food that is full of flavor. Will make dishes custom order for you if you ask. The kitchen manager was very knowledgeable and enjoyed discussing his menu and the upcoming menu.Vegetarian options: Can get all dishes made with veggies.

Food here is way above the standard local Mexican places. We can tell by ingredients and presentation that the chef truly cares about each plate leaving the kitchen. Our dinners were delicious! We also loved the black beans and Mexican rice served with our meals. So much better than bland refried beans at other places. Highly recommend this place for fantastic dinner, fun surroundings, and great drinks!!!

When you arrive on a Saturday night around 6pm and there's only a few people there, that's a sign to run. the place is clean service is attentive. We got the flight of margaritas, a couple of them had great flavor but really watered down. I ordered enchiladas which consisted of black beans rolled up in a tortilla, no sauce no cheese, nothing. no flavor. I would not go back.

I was sooo exited to visit this place when I find out about the opening but sadly I have to say that was a let down. Service is fast, friendly and they greet you with a smile, chips and salsa, the place is clean and is good music always playing. The food...oh boy... the food is just not authentic like they advertise. the sauces are just with a blend flavor. I got the green enchiladas and was no good, the chicken was overcook and salty. I went there when they open around 11 and they didn't have any breakfast offerings. hope they can step it up because is a cool place and great location.

Great service. Solid food with a lot of options and good flavor to everything. Margaritas had a good natural flavor (not the fake sweet n sour weirdness you get at some other places) and were very well balanced. Cute space and good wait times. Everyone was super nice! Overall really solid and worth a visit.

The food was fine and the service was good. Also enjoyed a flight of margaritas that ranged from their pineapple jalepeno to their mango. They were a little sweet for my taste but it was a good way to taste a wide variety of their margaritas. There was 4 adults and 1 toddler and they brought the toddlers food quickly at our request.

Horrible food service and would not go back or recommend anyone to go back. Food was horrible and no flavor and not fresh what so ever...i would not waste your time or money to try this place. Not worth it what so ever...
The food just wasn't very good. Service was ok but took a long time to get the check. This place is overpriced and just not worth it plain and simple.

Terrible. I went there because they had four stars. But those reviews must have been paid. I should have known when there were very few cars in the parking lot. The tamale dinner was over microwaved and almost no meat. The salsa for the chips is black beans. Never again!

The restaurant was nicely decorated, clean and had a really great atmosphere. The layout is nice inside and they have outdoor seating. They also have a bar with a good selection. The food was really tasty, the salsa tasted fresh and the cheese Chile Relleno was good. Everyone at our table said their food was delicious. We were greated when we came in and everyone was very friendly.Vegetarian options: They have a veggie menu

Very disappointed with the experience we had at Pacifico's. There were no frozen drinks. I tried to settle for a mango marg on the rocks. I couldn't even drink it. The mango syrup kind of turned My stomach. So I tried to get a pina colada, but they put a big blob of whipped cream on it. The waiter must not have heard me say I was vegan. So I gave up and watched my friends eat. One star for refreshing water.

First experience was great we got fajitas that were delicious. The second experience my mom and I both ordered the same thing beans and rice and a cheesy beef burrito. We immediately began experiencing stomach cramps and explosive diarrhea. Y'all need to do something different.
