I used the Roma app for madison Tn once without flaws. The 2nd time never received my order so I was able to hit call restaurant from app then the angry Roma staff answered with a hideous tone began cussing me out saying they didn’t have an app! I said how do you not know this? I’ve never had such a bizarre disrespectful experience in all my life of dealing with food services! I said I have a screen shot where it was charged to my account! “What am I supposed to do with that, call 911 I guess ma’am” then the bizarre cussing rampage began when I asked to speak to the manager! I don’t even know how to get a refund! I just want to be done with this never to use this company ever again!!!! It was the worst experience I’ve ever had in my food service history!

I gave this restaurant a 5 because...i could order online and they offered delivery service with a 2.00 charge. Delivery was quick n food was hot. The spaghetti with our meals were plentiful. I wish there was a little more of the eggplant parm and chicken parm. The sauce had a good flavor and thickness. The salad was super fresh and crisp.
