Great food!

Great food and service. Service with a genuine smile and a true desire to see that you have a great day. The food was well cared for and made with the intent to make it the best way possible. As a chef for 17 year I honestly can say they went above expectations and left me and my wife both saying while eating that the food is really good. Btw, they have crispy home cut french fries.

I have always been a big fan of Penn Station. However, the experience I had at this location exceeded all my expectations. I was warmly greeted upon entry and when my food came out I proceeded to eat what was probably the best sandwich of my entire life. The ingredients were perfectly portioned for visual appeal as well as flavor, the fries, which are always good, came out perfectly. I honestly don't know why people go to jimmy johns or firehouse or jersey Mike's, because the quality difference at Penn Station is an order of magnitude better than those chains. Plus all they give you is a bag of chips, whereas at Penn Station they give you fries, and their fries are the best fries. King of the subs!

I ordered an Italian sandwich for lunch with no mayo. When I got back to work and went to eat the sandwich it was covered with mayo, so much so that I couldn’t eat it. I decided to give them another try as mistakes do happen. My two kids and I placed a carry out order. The guy was very rude over the phone as I have picky eaters so we opted to have most of the toppings removed. The 2 Italian sandwiches that we got had so much mustard they were inedible. The teriyaki sandwich that we ordered had no chicken at all it was just ham and salami slathered with mayonnaise. The Bellevue location is so good and the customer service is great. I will not be returning to the Madison location.

The guy (i think his name was coleman) was phenomenal. Excellent enthusiasm and service. Food was great too! Cookie was absolutely delicious. Would recommend.

Came in and they had “canceled” my order due to having no turkey. Only one sub had turkey on it. I received no notification my order was being canceled. The best part is there was turkey available in the cooler for me to see.

Telephone is disconnected

Food is always great but the employees and customer service sucks. Was just there and neither employee, both of which had long hair, was not wearing a hairnet which is required by health code. Both of them had their pants "sagging" below their rears. They were talking and cussing to each other the whole time I was there. Also neither of the employees were wearing gloves when fixing orders.
