Stopped there and ate inside. I had gotten the Grilled Teriyaki chicken which I believe was spoiled. I get this all the time. Tasted odd and my wife agreed. I will be avoiding this particular location going forward

I visit this location often, today was definitely the best service I've ever experienced. Noah and Sammy were pleasant, had great attitudes and smiles. Thank you so very much.

You’re going to find THE nicest people here. I genuinely cannot state enough how outstanding these gentlemen are. Beyond 5 star service, I was so blown away. Food was stellar and customized with care. If you want a sub- stop by this place and you won’t be disappointed!!

Stopped here first time.
Awesome, hearty sub!
Bread was chunky to chew and perfectly toasted and crispy on the edges.
Ham was thick sliced and mildly smoked.
Lettuce and tomato and mayo were fresh and tasty.
It was a great sandwich, already thinking of my next one!

had a wonderful experience placing a catering order with Noah over the phone at Penn Station. So incredibly helpful, attentive, and made the process seamless from start to finish. Noah answered all my questions, provided great suggestions, and ensured that everything was exactly as I needed. The food was delivered on time and was delicious! Got to give it to em, I had an order of six large sandwiches, each with their own list of customizations, and they took the challenge with a smile. The sandwiches came out quickly and all six were exactly as ordered, and delicious. The peanut oil fries were piping hot and delicious. Personally, I recommend the grilled classic Italian with mushrooms

Waited 15 minutes for food. 3 employees never realized that my food still hadn't been cooked. Had to wait an additional 12 minutes for food to be cooked. No sense of urgency by the cook or manager.

Great food!

Great food and service. Service with a genuine smile and a true desire to see that you have a great day. The food was well cared for and made with the intent to make it the best way possible. As a chef for 17 year I honestly can say they went above expectations and left me and my wife both saying while eating that the food is really good. Btw, they have crispy home cut french fries.
