This has become mine and my best friends new lunch spot!!!! As a vegetarian, they have THE BEST veggie sub I’ve ever had. I get the east coast style with all the veggies except green peppers. Zac is AWESOME. Great service, friendly, and the food is so fresh.I always look forward to my weekly sub from here.

Ordered food here went to pick it up and they were closed? Why let me order food if y’all are closed? Still haven’t gotten my money . Went inside to figure it out they told me they couldn’t do anything and I’d have to speak to a manager.

Came here for a sandwich a couple months ago. I specifically told them no sauce because I am allergic to mustard. When I got home and took a couple bites mustard was on it! Came back the next day with the sandwich hoping to have it remade… and you know what the manager told me? He cannot remake the sandwich but will send me a free coupon for a sandwich in the mail and also gave me a cookie. Do you think I received the coupon? Hell NO. This business sucks, all he had to do was remake my sandwich and I also informed him I was allergic and had an allergic reaction, do you think he cared? This place needs to treat their customers better. Honestly, I don’t see this place staying open if they don’t create better hospitality and value towards their customers. Good LUCK, had a allergic and lost $20.

I ordered on Uber Eats. Got their cheesy bread. They just slapped some cheese in regular sandwich buns and put it to toast. Looked nothing like the picture. Very disappointed.

Let's see.1. Their Philly Steak is NOT a Philly. There's no cheese sauce and they put pizza sauce on it.2. My sandwich was missing its toppings.3. The cashier was so busy carrying on a conversation with someone on his personal phone that he didn't ring my order in correctly.4. Everything is ordered a la carte, so what could've been a combo meal ended up costing $20 (sandwich, fries, drink).

Definitely miss the one in Hendersonville TN, I think they closed the wrong one. This location in Madison TN is dirty, the service was horrible and took forever to make our subs even though it was not busy. We took it to go because it was so dirty inside, all tables hadn't been cleaned in a while. When we got home to eat the subs barely had anything in them, it was all bread. Very disappointing because I really like Penn Station a lot. Would not recommend this location until there's confirmation of changes around there. Maybe they should've at least transferred the people from Hendersonville to that location.
Loved my Chicken Cordon Bleu. The BLT was hot and amazing. Worth every bite.

Why it ain't like your group does anything about it. If someone comes in to use the restroom before ordering it's because they really must go. Especially with Crohn's disease. I would have not made it to order. So I had to leave. Hope you go out of business. And your food is not that great. I won't be back.

I went to Penn station located at 142 Gallatin Pike S, Madison, TN 37115. I walked in the store ,head to the bathroom and there was immediate rudeness from the manager Karina. She rudely stated that the bathroom was customer only ,I said to her I'm ordering just washing my hands 1st. I came back out ,ordered. The young woman taking my order ,her shirt was completely unkempt and covered in what appeared to be animal hair. I decided to ignore it until she started handling my food. I did not know her name, I decided to ask her ,her name and let her know it's not sanitary to come to work unkempt and handle people's food. A animal hair could have ended up in my food. Something I paid for and had to consume. But instead she refused to let me know her name (just to properly address her) stating that their policies allow them to refuse to identify themselves. I Just went and requested a refund, the manager Karina asked why. I stated that the customer service was horrible and her worker was unkempt/unsanitary. I took a picture of the front of the establishment and the manager came up to MY CAR AND HARASSED ME!! THREATENING ME WITH THE POLICE, TRYING TO INTIMIDATE ME...CALLING MY RELIGIOUS HEADWRAP A "RAG" Do not eat here!! They are rude,hostile,they discriminate against peoples religious attire.

I have loved Penn Station for years, so when I saw there was a location on the East side of the city, which is not far from my new neighborhood, I immediately began beaming with pizza sub and fresh cooked fries joy! I really wish I could give this spot 5 stars, but the service is really what kills it for me here. Each time I have visited, the service has been unfriendly and borderline rude. This occurs when I have been the only person or one of a few in store. And it is never the same person, so must be a location thing, which is a bummer. Food wise, I have enjoyed each visit no matter the sandwich or side I get. The Pizza Sub is my usual go-to an don occasion I will scoop up a Turkey and Provolone...both always have to be accompanied by their fries! Overall, food is always on point and the place is always clean, but the service is rough.
