They missed all the instructions I left and I was very clear in the instructions I gave. The taste of the food is not bad at all, but I cannot highly rate a restaurant that cannot follow simple, elementary-level instructions.

I passed by late at night to get some chicken for my family and me, and the customer service was excellent. The prices are a little higher than at other places, but the same for all Pollo Camperos, and the standard for phenomenal food. Will definitely be passing by to get more food, it makes for a delicious meal(a) depending on how many pieces you get (I got the 20 count meal). Great work!
I had never heard of this place until I ubereats an order from there. I saw how it looked and I knew I had to try it. Me and my family tried it and we loved it. I've been looking for a replacement for Chick-fil-A because I don't like the politics of them and this is a better version of Chick-fil-A and Popeyes. This will probably be the only fast food chicken place I eat at. Very good 10/10.

Not sure why this location doesn't have a 5 Star rating. I'm so thankful to this Madison location for taking care of my catering needs. We ordered food for 150 people and they had it ready on time. Not only that, the food was amazing and I'm still receiving compliments about it. Highly recommended for any food needs.

If you find yourself around Nashville and you feel like eating chicken with a different flavor than POPEYES or KFC, it would be a good idea to try this place. They serve you kindly, bilingual Hispanic staff who are very attentive and cordial. Their atmosphere is pleasant and clean. Their food is plentiful and made on time, although it seemed strange to me since it is apparently a fast food place, but its concept is more like a restaurant with waiters because you have to wait at the tables for them to take the order, so you should also leave the dishes for them to pick up, since, and here I make a suggestion, there are no trash cans in the entire place, which was uncomfortable for me since I had nowhere to throw the waste, so I understand that it may be so that when they pick up the trash it does not bother the customers, but they should put some in strategic places. The prices seem similar to those of their competition, so take them into account because you will have a quiet time.
