Friendly, down home vibe. Great food and coffee and reasonably priced. The coffee's great. They give you a cup and you pour it and doctor it up yourself. Easy and fast to get to from East Nashville - just stay on Ellington Parkway (through the Briley interchange). Safety tip: enter and exit from the rear off Briarville Rd.

This nice down home cafe is off the beaten path in Nashville with an amazing selection of food and drinks. The staff welcomes you like family and prides itself on their collection of unique celebrity portraits, of whom are all personally known by the photographer. Make sure to say hi to Miss Cathy, the owner, who also owns a national tea and coffee distribution company.

Everything here was wonderful- coffee, food, southern decor, friendly service. Our favorite meal in Nashville so far!

Sidekicks served one of our favorite meals on our entire trip from Charlotte to Kansas City! Located in Madison TN, our breakfast was delightful: the best waffle I've had in a very long time, delicious omelets, biscuits, bacon & eggs and breakfast sandwiches. Adorable decor, friendly staff and quick service. Do not miss this restaurant if you're in the Nashville area!

First time trying the restaurant. Nice place and friendly staff. Minor issue with my order, but will go back to try some of their other offerings.

Visiting family in Nashville and saw this little place on the way in. We decided to stop on the way out for breakfast as we love small "Mom-n-Pop" restaurants. Super cute inside. It's a small menu and you pretty much self-serve, but it's great quality, cooked fresh, and they have a nice little selection of baked treats also. Definitely recommend. Exactly the little home town places we love.

Tried this place for the first time yesterday for lunch and it was wonderful. The cashier was very pleasant. The sandwich I ordered was fresh and tasty. The atmosphere was nice and quiet and there are multiple rooms with tables as well as several tables on the covered porch. Will definitely be back again.

Terrific find, fresh, home made and the staff are warm and friendly. Maybe the best biscuit I've had ('sides Moms). The ingredients are top quality and well prepared. Dog-friendly patio, on a side street so not noisy. Inside is cozy and comfortable seating.Vegetarian options: Plenty of choices, and most importantly the ingredients are fresh. Just spoke with the chef and she locally sources everything, no additives preservatives Etc9Parking: Decent sized parking lot, enough for weekday loads, I'm guessing on the weekends it gets crowded.
