So to start... this review has nothing to do with the servers or the staff, they were excellent and did a great job. My problem is with the food portions and what they use to prep the food... I ordered 1LB of king crab, 1LB of Dungeness crab, and had 3 sides, Corn, red potatoes, and sausage. I also ordered all this to be as HOT AS POSSIBLE on the menu spice chart. When my order came out, they could not figure out what was mine. Finally she figured it out, I got my order and looked at it. Okay portion of crab, but there was Literally 2 red potatoes cut in half to male 4 tiny bite size potatoes In my entire bowl, 2 corn on the cob pieces so the equivalent of one cut in half, and my sausage was missing... I took a bite of the the dipped sauce. It was Luke warm temperature and had zero and I mean ZERO spice... I thought they just gave me the wrong order, but I was assured it was correct. I asked for the sausage and they told me no problem. After 4 bites my potatoes were gone. The Corn went the same. Then I just had some legs left. I asked if this was seriously their hottest dish. The waitress said hold on I have a special thing to fix that. After 40ish minutes she returns with my sausage and the secret hot sauce. She told me to be careful it's hot... I dip my finger in it to try it out... is not hot at all... she states it's just Louisiana hot sauce you can buy at kroger for 2 bucks a bottle... I am disappointed and outraged at this point...They gave me 48 cents worth of Red potatoes, and 12 cents worth of hot sauce... this meal cost me well into the 140$ mark, and I'm just as hungry when I finish and leave, as I was when I arrived. The food is not Cajun, not authentic, and not enjoyable at all... the portions for the prices are an absolute joke... I went to the bathroom to wash my hands and there was like 6 or 7 cooks and servers just texting on their phones. And frown at me when I walk by... the only nice person was the server... I did not want to visit this establishment because I had bad experiences in the past here. Same issues... but Joe's crab shack and the smashing crab both shut down unfortunately and I'm stuck with this getto establishment to try again. I am not at all impressed... I will not be back any you all should be ashamed for how you prep food and the portion size for such expensive food... if I pay 100 plus dollars for a meal I should not leave hungry... there was also zero and I mean no none zilch butter on the table... the entire visit was a money waste scam... try something hotter than Louisiana hot sauce for you're secret hot sauce ingredient... what a joke

Melody our server was fantastic, very attentive and delightful. The food was awesome and we had a great time. The place was very clean and all the service staff were dancing and laughing and having a good time, it was a wonderful experience.

We usually love eating here, but tonight was terrible. The crab legs and shrimp were the worst I’ve ever had. The server was also terrible. The price you pay you should enjoy your food and the experience. Don’t know if the rest of the family will be back but I sure will not.
