Food was straight, not mad at it. The bummer was that my to-go order which I placed in the restaurant was left out for close to 10 minutes. I had to approach the counter to ask for it myself without knowing if it was ready or not and after looking for it for a moment, they located my order. I had to reheat my food, but the flavors were cool. Maybe it was just my luck, but the food wasn't so good that I got to run back. Other places nearby are comparable and I'll get...
This is really a hidden gem in Madison. Tucked away in the parking lot by Eastside bowl, this is some of the freshest and brightest Mediterranean food in town. I can't speak to the shawarma as a vegetarian, but the Hummus, Baba ghanoush, Falafel, salad, fries and sauces were all Excellent. Really recommend giving them a try.
Chef Hrant and his family were kind and welcoming.
