My order last night was horrible. I honestly had high hopes from pictures online, but from other reviews it seems the quality of this place has gone down.
I’ve had the lemon pepper sauce twice from here and it is EXTREMELY salty. So salty you would swear they were playing a prank on you.
Also, why were my chicken tenders just straight up chicken fillets? Did they make a mistake in ordering their chicken so now they try to play it off as “giant chicken tenders”?? They had zero flavor and tasted like they were cooked in OLD oil. They were also soggy. The woman who served my boyfriend (he went to pick up the order) spent about 20 minutes fetching the sauce in the back which is part of my why my food was cold by the time I got to eat it.
I genuinely want a refund bc I’ve never felt so insulted by how poorly prepared my food was.

Based on my visit today which was my fist time back in a couple of years, I will be looking for a new wing place. Wing Basket's wings used to be on point. Not anymore. Glad I tasted my lemon pepper wings before I left, because there was hardly any sauce on them at all. They even looked bare.. Same for my Classic Hot wings. The lady threw some extra sauce on top of them while breathing over them, but it is not the same as coating them. Should have just asked for a refund and left them there. Very disappointed especially for the price. Clearly the quality and service has tanked while the price has increased. No going back.

I think the quality of bone in wings is great but it’s like a challenge for them to put the least amount of sauce/seasoning on the wings as possible. I ordered two flavors, Lemon Pepper (dry rub) and sweet heat (sauce) and i couldn’t tell the two flavors apart from each other.

Order the 10-piece combo bone-in yesterday so did my coworker got there to pick up both orders mine was done but my co-workers wasn't. While waiting for my co-workers food I told the lady I want to check my food yet she didn't hand me my food even though I had already paid so I stood there an additional 10 minutes on top of the 15 minutes she told me on the phone. While standing there I seen a cockroach crawling on the back table where the food was just sitting so I said again to the cashier can you hand me my food because there's a cockroach crawling near it. She got an attitude roll her eyes and yet again still didn't hand me my food. Finally got me in my co-workers orders and left because I was due back to work. Only to have waited that whole time for the wings to still be raw in the middle. I've been coming here for years with no problem clean up the infestation of bugs and the infestation of bad workers

I called my order in at 11:08am and didn't receive my food until 11:40. This cook everything I come in is always on the phone. That's why my food wasn't cooked correct and the lady never pays attention to what's going on. She didn't apologize for their mess up and I was late for work. Just sad and this is the 2nd to 3rd time this has happen

You almost feel like you need a bath after you go inside here. It is the greasiest dirtiest little place I’ve ever been in the tables are greasy. The floor is greasy when you walk you can hear your shoes sticking to it but wow, they’ve got great wings if you can look past the rest. Now I won’t eat inside anymore I’ll take them with me .

The absolute worst burnt chicken ever! I couldn’t even eat the food after spending all that money. Breast/wing fried so hard the chicken crumbled. The wings were so burnt there wasn’t any meat to eat. I cannot believe someone thought this was edible. Even the dressings tasted like milk and water. I don’t know what has happened to this place. Tragic!!!
The wait time is pretty long, but the fries are delicious if you haven’t tried them. Salt and sugar mix. Chicken is ok.

Best wings I’ve ever had in my life. I live an hour away and come to get these wings. The ladies who work the front are top notch employees. You need wing basket in your life!

Food was okay. The sauces were very oily and the wings were not crispy. The seasoned fries were really good, but were soft and mushy.The classic hot sauce was very oily, so they did not stick to the wings well - almost like it was water.The sweet heat was not very good with a weird aftertaste, and that applies to the third sauce we got, which was the Kentucky bourbon.I can’t give half stars, but would give it a 2.5/5. It would be better if were a cheaper option but do not feel like it’s worth what it costs.
