It's always a hit or miss with this place. Probably because of staff shortage. But thats okay the food is always really good.. just need to have patience and may have to wait due to shortening of staff.
The crabs were over cooked and the oil needs to be changed UPDATED: ordered fish, chicken amd lobster rolls. The fish seems to be better quality than before. The oil was clean amd the food was perfect cooked. The chicken tenders are now hand breaded and nice portions. Some of the best tenders in town actually! The lobster rolls were minced but flavored okay. The fried okra was surprisingly great. Overall this restaurant has improved drastically.

Place is dirty floor in kitchen is dirty, ceiling is leaking water very where. Food is in Bins under a light sitting in the air. My food was chewy and room temp. Tarter sauce was sour. Asked for my money back and the manager on sift made me wait 30 mins to get my money back. He was rude to the guy that went to ask him to refund. Not that kids fault. I can see why food sucks.

Very slow "service" even though there were less than 4 other customers in the restaurant when we were there and five employees that could be seen. We had to wait several minutes at the counter to get a fork because there were none in the rack and no one seemed to notice we were even there at the counter. Meanwhile, one employee had time to chill on her cell phone while we waited for someone to notice us waiting at the counter. Very unprofessional attitude of all the employees as it seemed they are all just there in their own little world and customers are more of a bother to them rather than the reason they have a paycheck. The food was ok, but r fish was cold as it sat on the plate for nearly ten minutes waiting for coleslaw to be prepared, which was only cabbage and carrots with little to nothing else to actually make it taste like coleslaw.
