Buffet is a decent size but the variety is small. Chicken wasn’t that fresh been heated for a while so it was dry and chewy. Some things were empty on the buffet they restocked it slowly . The restaurant was busy during 3-4pm on a Saturday . Hard to find a table for our family. Paid $60 for 2 adults and 2 children buffet and drink included . Staff was accommodating .

We was parked at the front door ordering on the app and and 9pm that turned off the lights and locked the door which was 30 minutes earlier than what was posted as the hours. Very rude and unprofessional.

I went through the drive thru, I had coupons, the little girl acted as though it made her mad, she then proceeded to be very rude with me! I got to the window and asked if I could add something I had forgotten and she very rudely said… I’m sorry that would be a 5 min wait then I proceeded to sit there and wait on my order for at least 3 of those 5 minutes! I understand it’s Sunday and it’s very busy, but employees should always be courteous and kind to their customers, that is a good way to lose business!!!

This is BY FAR the BEST KFC I have ever been to. But more than that this resturant is barely recognizable because of how clean it is, how kind the staff are, how great the food tastes, the Decor, etc... KFC should restructure the entire brand to be more like this one location!
